These exercise bands arrived safe and as described.I use these bands for leg exercises and they work well. The resistance is fair, I just use several at once to increase tension. They are great for traveling, home or office use. Especially for specific exercises for P.T. needs.The quality of the bands does seem to be good and the tension levels are clearly marked on each band. After extended use I will have a better idea of how well the bands retain tension. They are most certainly a great exercise tool to have, as they take up no space and offer a wide range of uses.

This set of resistance bands of varying difficulties is of very good quality, and can be used by beginners to the advanced workouts depending on the level of resistance you want to choose. It comes in different identifying colors, along with the stamped markings on each band to indicate the level of difficulty. It comes in a handy small pouch to store these bands. This is a nice touch. You won't lose your bands here and there. The bands themselves are of good quality, made from odor free rubber. One recommendation is to remove them from the plastic bags in which they come individually packed, so that they can be aired out for a few hours. The instruction booklet provides some good info regarding the various exercises you can do with these bands.Overall, very happy with this product.

These bands look great and work as expected. They seem to be well made and have a very good range of resistance. It's a very nice set for the price, and will have anyone set up for all their resistance needs. I have used these just a few times, then I remembered that I hate exercising. But, they won't go bad, so they'll just sit there until I get motivated to work out again.

I have recently started an at-home physical therapy program to help with my hypermobility disorder. These bands are perfect for the exercises that require bands or tubing. They seem to be of good quality and should last for a while!The only thing I don't like is the smell, but I suppose that's typical with exercise bands. Hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. Still, these are a great steal for the price!

Easy and simple to use bands. They all seem to be very sturdy. I use these for about 30 minutes twice a day and so far no quality issues. They are strong and very resilent.

These bands come in a small mesh bag with a set of instructions that aid in getting started. I really like the portability and the convenience . I can put them in my purse-so my "gym" is coming along with me! I am doing chair exercises and these are the perfect enhancement to accompany my routines and stretches. For arm work, I occasionally wish there were two of the same "weight/strength' so that I can alternate, but that is a minor inconvenience-and can remedy by adding another set. Excellent for a traveler who wishes to bring own workout-without going to the hotel fitness room, or disturb friends and family. Good as a gift enclosure.

I've recently been introduced to resistance bands through Crossfit and wanted to get a set for home stretches. This set comes in a small mesh bag which is great for storage. They seem to be good quality and durable (though I confess I haven't tried the XX Heavy just yet!!)

Love the bands. Offer resistance for physiotherapy and sports training. Also used it resistance and strength training.

The media could not be loaded. Although I do a lot of fitness training most of it is centred around cardio. I just don't like using my weights machine but I do realise that I should do more resistance work which will help to build a bit of muscle and which will help with my blood sugar levels. These bands, which I can use in my TV room could just be what I need to get into good habits regarding strength training.The five band set has a decent storage pouch and a manual that details various exercises. The bands range from 4 lbs up to 30 lbs resistance. I do like the clear labelling of where the band sits in the range from light to XX Heavy. If I had to try to remember which colour was which I would quickly get mixed up! Of course the bands can be used in combinations which gives a wide range of available strengths. I also like the length of the bands which makes them suitable for exercises with both arms and legs.In use the bands were great. Their length suited me, as did the different strengths. Light was good to warm up and then the heaviest was a real challenge as there was significant resistance. These bands are capable of providing all the equipment you really need to get a meaningful strength training workout.This set proves that you don't have to spend a fortune in order to equip yourself with some seriously accomplished gear that will make your fitness sessions varied and interesting. At £6.99 for five bands, a mesh storage pouch, and a leaflet outlining some exercises to try, I feel these represent excellent value. I know that they will certainly encourage me to do the strength training that I have been avoiding for too long.
