Easy to use, discret and light weight. It is very comfortable and serve the purpose. It can be use inside or outside the clothes.

My upper back has been so tight lately. This is helpful and comfortable to wear.

I've been using this because I have terrible posture, but I also have back and shoulder pain. I figured I'd try this before moving to corsets (which work, but can get uncomfortable after a while and usually take 2 people to get them on correctly), and I'm glad I did. If used consistently, this will give you results, but if you stop using and go back to lazy sitting, etc. you'll get your old posture back. I've been using this in the mornings, and then doing my best in the afternoons to train myself to stop sitting in positions that make for bad posture, so it does take some work on your end. So far so good, my terrible posture is slowly improving, and I look taller to boot. It's not instant, nothing will be, but it has also helped with most of my back pain (most of that is also posture related) and some shoulder, but not all of it, my shoulder is an old car accident injury and usually is at its worst when the weather is bad. Not much I can do to help that sort of thing. If you have bad posture, back aches, etc. give this a shot, but remember you do have to use it regularly and when you aren't using it, you need to be aware of how your posture is, otherwise it won't work.

I received this SPRI Posture Corrector in good condition in a cardboard box. I had been thinking about getting a posture corrector for awhile, and this one seemed like an affordable way to get into wearing one. I ordered this for my boyfriend, and when I first pulled it out of the box I thought there was no way it would fit him, but it did once I adjusted the straps. For reference, he is over 6ft and weighs over 200lbs so he is a Big and Tall person, but this posture corrector still fit him adequately. We read the included paper instructions, which recommend you start by wearing it for 15 minutes a day, and gradually increase the time in increments weekly. It's not working miracles yet, but I'm sure any substantial difference will come over time. He found the posture corrector to be comfortable, but you do have to be careful putting it on and taking it off, especially if you're a big and tall person like he is. The actual posture corrector is what I'd describe as very basic, nothing fancy, but fairly priced for someone who is looking to start wearing a posture corrector but isn't yet sure if they will commit to one long term.

A video of how to put the product on would be helpful. Once I figured it out, I decided I don't like it. If you want it to work, then you'll have to tighten it so much the strap digs into your armpits. I like wearing tank top in the summer so wearing this over my tank top is very uncomfortable in the pits area. I also think it's overpriced for a piece of strap.

This is not effective at all. It wraps around your arms, and that's it - I thought it would wrap around my body. Spend the money and get a proper posture support device if you are having pain issues with your upper back. I was reminded of the adage, "if it seems to good to be true, it probably is".
