I have chronic nausea, and I’ve found that meal replacement shakes are easier for me to digest and easier on my stomach. This slimfast protein powder is great because you can control your own milk content. I use it with soy milk in either a blender bottle or a small electric juicer and it mixes well as long as you add the powder to the liquid and not the other way around because it tends to settle on the bottom in clumps otherwise. I think the taste is not bad for a protein powder. It reminds me of powdered Nesquik, it’s not chalky or chemically, just like a regular chocolate drink mix.

I only leave reviews for things I feel genuinely "wow" me to an unexpected degree. As someone who's trying to work on eating better and intaking more vitamins/essentials, I wanted to see if I could find a protein powder that I can simply mix with milk. I'm unable to make smoothies all the time and wanted to see if I'd ever be able to just make chocolate milk, as it's one of my favorite drinks.To my surprise, it tastes exactly the way I wanted if not better. It definitely takes less time to mix if you blend it, but I don't mind personally mixing it in a glass until there's no more clumps. It tastes sweet enough and definitely like a creamy chocolate as described. The serving size of one scoop is also very reasonable and perfect for a smoothie or tall-ish glass of milk.If anyone is looking for a protein powder that you'd want to mix/blend with just milk and still tasting super yummy, this one is it!I also tried the strawberry banana. It tastes more artificial, but the flavor is still good. It's great for variety, but I still find the creamy chocolate tasting the best overall.

I just received this today and am writing the review as the taste is still fresh in my mouth after finishing my first glass. I ordered the mocha flavor and it is PHENOMENAL. I mixed it with a glass of milk and it dissolved perfectly just using a spoon to stir it in. It is costly for the amount you receive, however this will become my new go-to breakfast drink as it's delicious, filling, and easy to prepare. I'll be a repeat buyer for sure!

It is decent overall. It helps keep you full, which helps a lot with preventing snacking in between meals and weight loss. I like this brand's shakes - they taste good - but this particular flavor is not my favorite. It does not taste bad, just not my preference. It is creamy and dissolves easily. Also, you get a good amount of product for the price.

You can’t find this in the stores. It has a great taste and fills me up for one meal. I love all of the nutrients that are in one scoop.

This is also perfect for people who don’t have time to make dinners. But I wanted some type of meal replacement, especially when I’m tight on time. And with this shake mix: I mix up some 2% milk, a banana and some peanut butter, blend it and it’s very good. and I felt like I had just eaten a grand slam at Denny’s! I couldn’t get over how full I felt. I even bought a couple more flavors & I’m very satisfied with this. Definitely recommend

The flavor is quite good, depending on how you prepare your shake.

I bought the Vanilla Cream and Creamy Chocolate flavors and both were a bit disappointing. I don't know if it's my blender but the Vanilla Cream has a gritty texture no matter how long I blend it and the taste is not very good. It's hard to pin down just what it tastes like but sometimes I get a hint of vanilla cake batter. That's what the Vanilla Cream tastes like to me. The Creamy Chocolate, on the other hand, is decent, but it's barely chocolatey. I mix it sometimes with a little chocolate milk just so I can actually taste the chocolate. Both products are OK but I've had much better. I won't be buying these again.
