Seem to work and don't go out in the wind
These do not smell anything like citronella when new. The scent changes when they are burning and some of the wax has melted - then they smell of citronella.Seem to work OK - remove all the candles from the holder and then use a single one in the holder with the 'lid' on (big hole in the middle) - then light the candle wick. The flame is reasonably protected from draughts and light winds then.Seem to work quite well although I normally have 3 on the 'go' at the same time.

Use these when I’m fishing in the bivvy. Very good

Nice aroma. Seemed to keep the pesky insects away. And when lit it's quite attractive even in pink
