VFM product with great build quality
Very good standalone door lock, app onboarding was very simple too, quality product delivered exact features required finger print, access key and bluetooth unlocking at the right price point. Installation team scheduling and work completion was done very efficiently. Central team is very well trained and respond over whatsapp in timely fashion.

Efficient, Robust and Good looking Product
Recently I bought a lock from Lavna.It opens in multiple ways:1. Biometric2. Number lock password3. RFID cards4. Key.This product functions on 4 batteries- it’s best to use the Duracell as they are most compatible with the product.The customer care team were very prompt with follow up after delivery of the lock, to sending Tecnician on scheduled time and post installation support.The technician was skilful and provided complete installation on a fixed wooden door.He drilled the wooden door and fixed the lock and did the complete app setup on the phone.He provided tutorial on how to add finger prints and rfid cards to the device.Overall - Great Experience!The lock looks great, has a fast turn around time of 3 secs which can be changed.It looks pretty safe from the functionality point of view and has value for money !Highly recommended!

Worst repairing service by this brand
I use this product since 3 year and it has 3 time faulty and two time send for repairing.last time i sent for repairing and received different lock from company.not satisfied with this brand. I have been one month without locking my home when i send it for repairing.

Awesome product and service
I recently bought it and got it installed. I was unsure about if I am making the correct choice.However, the advertisement on social media (with a correct comparison against competitors), prompt customer sales service, after sales service made an overall delight in me.
