Work great for storing insulin. My father started getting where his insulin pen was too much and it’s super expensive to replace so we injected the pen into the vial and broke it down to smaller doses. Worked great!

Cap incredibly difficult to get off. I had to use a knife to pry it off. No wording anywhere on the packaging that this is truly sterile or the method hat was used for ensuring sterility. This is concerning as this would potentially be for an injectible medication. When I tried to inject my medication into the vial using an automatic pen, it was unable to pierce the rubber. Despite correct placement of the pen and vial, it wound up injecting my expensive medication all over my kitchen counter. Epic fail. My fault in even attempting this in light of the lack of sterility assurances. I've worked in a laboratory. It wasn't user error.

I am pretty sure these are really 2 mL. I would have likely purchased another option if I had realized.

I use these to store my GLP-1 meds. They are the perfect size and have worked great.
