We decided to go with this shower system for bathroom remodel. The parts seem to have a nice finish and good quality. My plumber is installing. He saw that there were missing parts. I emailed Bostingner and there was a quick resisting willingness to help! In no time they offered to ship out parts via express shipping so renovation can be completed timely. I will update with pictures once done. I’m so excited to see the finished project!

Just upgraded my shower to this bomb 16-inch ceiling mount system. Various functions, smooth operation, and insulation took about an hour. Quality is on point, and the matte black finish is sleek. The spa-like vibes are real! Only advice—go for a 3/4" pipe for max enjoyment. Easy install, and the rain head is gigantic. No regrets; it's a five-star experience!

This is my first time buying a shower system. If you have priced them then you know they can be ridiculously expensive. This one is reasonably priced and a good value for the money I think. Let me caution you on a couple things though. One, more is not always better. This has 6 jets. That means it’s splitting all that water pressure up between 6 jets with 36 individual nozzles each jet. You don’t need nor want this many jets. I found this out the hard way. 3 are plenty. Four would be the max I would get. Six uses a lot on of hot water and sacrifices water pressure for volume. Two, you don’t need to turn on three things at once. I thought I did and I was wrong. Turn all the features on and your water pressure sucks and your hot water is a distant memory. Keep this in mind when you’re picking a shower system. Being able to turn everything on at once doesn’t matter and it’s worthless in my opinion. Three, rain heads are ok if you want to be rained on, but if you like decent water pressure out of a shower head, rain heads aren’t it. This one takes a second to get going and when it does it’s raining not pouring. I didn’t know any of this going in so I can’t fault the product. It’s nice all things considered. If I had it to do over again I would’ve picked a shower head with more pressure and two large flush mounted jets or 3 jets, like the ones shown, mounted in one column rather than 6 jets in two columns. Knowing what I know now, I would’ve been less concerned with the number of jets and if everything could be turned on all at once and more concerned with the amount of pressure each item produced. I have well water so I am not overly concerned with how much water I use, but I do prefer a power washer over a gentle rain shower. Hopefully my experience will give anyone that’s new to the shower system game some insight on what the extra items actually amount to and what is worth it and what isn’t. Make sure you know what you want and what these things actually do going in or you will be disappointed like me.

I have a personal gripe with shower systems that end up being 75% plastic when you open the box, even on high-end models. This is definitely not that kind of hardware. Everything in the box is heavyweight, with no functional parts made from plastic. I'm not counting the silicone spray tips which a a must; Just rub your hand over these from time to time to clean out any mineral deposits and keep everything spraying nicely. The one suggestion I have for this shower system is to definitely go ahead and add some power to your shower with a 3/4" line to the shower system; There are almost too many spray tips to rock a 1/2" supply to the shower. This will pay you back when it's time to sell the house and sellers see the shower that they've always wanted for their own. Recommended.

This shower has several functions to choose from you can use the shower head by itself or spray your body in different areas or just use the one but either way it's relaxing smooth and insulation takes about an hour for us to complete

This is a most most excellent shower system as it allows for *simultaneous* usage of all the nozles. This is very rare and one would assume it's standard but it's not. It's more expensive to engineer but soooo worth it. Game changer for sure. This is a good quality system that works well and is well made. A most excellent luxury shower system. :)

First think I'd say about this is that you may want to run a 3/4 pipe to this, rather than a 1/2 inch pipe, as you'll get more enjoyment from it that way.In any rate, this fixture is BEAUTIFUL, the rain head is gigantic, which makes it so much better than others.. The handles move nicely, and they feel VERY high end, the body sprays are ample and flow well, and it has a really elegant wand. I have mine on short 3/4 feed pipes, so i have more than enough flow to have the rain head be absolutely amazing.. After testing this out, I'm dying to finish the rest of the bathroom because it's unbelievably nice.

All the pieces were accounted for in the shipping box. The manufacturing quality of the faucet pieces look really good. I could not find any blemishes in the pieces. Once the plumbing was all hooked up the shower assembly worked great with no water leaks. This is quite the large project to get done. Just take your time and it’ll look good when you’re finished.
