As others have said buy big. The velcro that holds the neck protector on is sharp against your skin if you have short hair. So you have to use the protector and you can't just Rick it up because the sizing if tight.. Wide enough brim does the job

Bought XXLarge based on other reviews and it is snug around my husband's head. He doesn't want to return it as he likes the rest of the hat but I think, in hot weather, the band will hurt him. On his head be it …. literally!

The sizing is way off. I ordered a larger size, despite having a slightly small head. The product was extremely tight fitting to the point I had to force it on. After wearing it a few weeks on holiday it felt a little better by mere millimetres - still woefully tight. In no way am a L let alone XL for hats.

Came in time for my game this weekend.However a small niggle it was advertised with a flap to cover the neck at the back but does not have one.Its a small thing i know but i thought with a flap it would provide some protection from bb's to the back of my neck.

Fab quality and good fit

With the neckflap in place the hat is a little tight, without it, it is fine. Perhaps the flap could be fitted to the brim rather than the headband.

Excellent piece of gear look forward to the summer. Also appears to be very well made, think i made a good choice.
