UPDATE:Its been almost a year, and with Regular Use, the lids have HELD Up!!!! You can now find these bottles at a cheaper price than I originally paid, they are definitely worth it. Also...they DO have replacement lids, so If needed, you should be able to replace it IF it breaks. Now, we are careful with them, but we USE them also. I did ADD 1 STAR because they surpassed my expectations by Not breaking. I would Definitely recommend these water bottles. The nice thing about GLASS is you can have ANY kind of Drink in here and the flavor, color, etc is not absorbed. This allows us to use them more often than plastic as I LOVE Fruit Infused Water. Hope this Update adds Value to my review.ORIGINAL Post:I bought 2 of these bottles. One in the Teal color, and another in the Grey Color. I absolutely LOVE both of them!! The lids are the only concern I have. They are plastic, so I am very careful when I put the lid on, or take it off. I don't ever try to loosen or tighten the lid with the top closed, I leave the lid open, and then use the bottom part so I don't break the plastic hinge. I have intentions to purchase at least one more in the pink color. The great part about them being glass is they don't absorb any flavors of anything you may choose to drink. When I take this bottle on a walk, I do not carry it using the cloth strap. Its does feel strong enough to use it to carry the bottle, I'm just to scared of it breaking, and I like the bottle to much to risk breaking it. We have used the strap to carry the bottle once it's empty though. I would have given this item a 5 Star review if I was not worried that the lid would break. Prior to ordering these 2, I saw there were replacement lids if at some point we would need to replace the lid. So, I was aware they could/would possibly break when I purchased them. I waited to write this review, as I wanted to see how they lasted through the summer....They did GREAT!!! We could not use them on our bikes though. We both have beach cruisers....One has a Basket (Teal matches the bike...) and my bike has a Cup Holder and it doesn't fit in the Cup Holder. They bounce to much to be in the basket, so we use other Plastic Water Bottles, so if they bounce out and break, its no big deal. If they were currently in Stock, I would definitely recommend getting one, as I would definitely place a order for a Pink one!!!

I wanted a water bottle that didn't hold on to the taste and odor of juice or iced tea. With this bottle, I don't have that problem. I like the silicone webbing on the outside of the bottle for a sure grip and less chance of dropping it. The lid makes a popping sound when you press it and I read somewhere that it is a release of the no leak properties. I purchased an extra lid, in case I need one, but it comes with the same lid. Also if you do have to purchase another lid, note that there are two different bottle necks so you need to make sure which one you have. I also bought a brush to clean the bottle well.The bottle is a bit heavier than a plastic bottle, but the water tastes great and mine have not leaked at all. I have tried holding the bottle over the sink and shaking it and it doesn't leak at all.The only annoying thing about this bottle (and I don't find it to be a big problem) is that there is ribbon type carrying loop attached to the lid. I personally would rather have the carrying loop made of something more waterproof. When I wash the lid the loop naturally gets wet, but like I said that doesn't affect the use of the bottle.I would recommend this bottle, because it is a much better way to drink from because like when you are home you drink out of a glass, and in most cases the glass, if washed well does not carry over the taste of previous beverages and this glass bottle serves the same purpose. I would not let a young child carry it around because of the possible breakage if dropped. As always, if anything happens that changes this review, I will update this review.

I have had this water bottle for about two months now and have used it almost daily. I purchased it specifically so I could put citrus essential oils in my water (the citrus oils will break down plastic over time). I was worried that 20 oz wouldn't be big enough (I drink LOTS of water), but I just refill it through out the day. The strap on the side has proven to be strong. The plastic cover has protected the bottle from breakage - It got knocked off the bumper of our SUV the other day and when it fell on the pavement it didn't break or even scratch. It does sweat quite a bit from the ice water, but I fixed this by cutting the top part of a tube sock and sliding it over the bottle. The bottle is easy to clean. The opening is plenty big for a bottle brush and the top easily twists off for cleaning. The inner seal between the glass opening and the plastic in the lid is very strong. I have had no issues with leaking. When I carry it on my walks it is heavier than my plastic bottles would be, but I just trade off between my left and right hand. I choose to see it as additional arm strengthening!What I love most, though, is not tasting the plastic when I drink my water. I cringe anytime I drink water from one of our many plastic water bottles now. I will slowly get rid of all of them so no one at my house is using them anymore.

I have the teal water bottle and I love it. Glass is my favorite vessel for holding water as I frequently use pure water and I find the stainless steel water bottles will impart a metallic taste into the water.This water bottle is made using high quality glass and I love the silicone sleeve around the bottle. The sleeve makes it easy to grasp the bottle when my palms are sweaty from working out. I've had this water bottle for five months and have dropped it several times. The glass has held up, but a piece of the plastic lid broke off (white part adjacent to the lid's button). This is only an aesthetic dent in the bottle as it still holds water, opens, and closes just as well as it did before.Other reviewers have noted mold, I have none. My biggest complaint is that if this bottle is upside down or angled to a 45 degrees with the lid on the bottom the silicone seal for the lid isn't enough to withstand the water pressure and the water bottle will leak. Once you're aware of this problem it's pretty easy to mitigate it and keep the water bottle from leaking everywhere.

It's a very good bottle of water doesn't leave any smells or funny taste. I have doped it a few times and it didn't break!!As glass it's a bit heavy but if you don't need to move it for long distance, it's perfect. The only reason I gave 4 stars it's because it doesn't come in bigger size.

Thick glass, nice rubber casing, lid clasps shut with a button to open. I wouldn't throw it in a backpack full of heavy items as the button could be pressed accidentally but for my purposes this is perfect. I use it at work to keep water at my desk.

Sturdy, well-sealed, and easy to clean. No weird taste or smell. No issues. If you are looking to reduce plastic or want water than doesn't have a strange taste with plastic and/or metal bottles, then this is a well-priced alternative. I keep the two I purchased at home, so I don't know how well they stand up to travelling around, but I have not experienced any leaking. The products both arrived protected by bubble-wrap and had zero damage. Would recommend.

Die Flasche sieht gut und stabil aus. Das Silikon schützt die Flasche von allen Seiten, auch den Boden.Die Flasche hält wirklich dicht und lässt sich sehr leicht öffnen und schließen. Als großer Vorteil sehe ich, dass man direkt aus der Glasflasche trinkt und nicht aus Plastik/Silikondeckel. Aber dass ich auch ein bisschen nachteilhaft, da der Flaschenhals eng ist und man beim Auffüllen aufpassen muss.
