I really enjoy how easy this mini pc works. I had this unit before for my home office but unfortunately it broke and I needed another one urgently. This one came up for a good price and is in great working condition! Also note: The product is advertised as 16GB RAM/ 1TB SSD. When I checked the serial number on the HP website, the storage capacity is different stating 8GB/256GB. The seller was kind enough to clarify that the pc was professionally upgraded in capacity so this would not reflect the original manufacturing linked to the unit. This is a certified renewed unit so it is not a scammed.

These mini computers pack a punch, don't let the size fool you. I upgraded all the pc's in my tax offices. I bought 6 of these mini's and they were ready out of the box. I am happy they came with Bluetooth and WIFI ready installed. Not a bad purchase and the affordably made it that much impressive. It doesn't come with an HDMI port but it has two DisplayPort connections perfect for adding two monitors.

This item I purchased showed that it comes with a monitor. I did not receive it. It only came with keyboard, mouse and computer. No monitor.

Definitely NOT a 1TB as stated in the description. I’ll give it a 4 star because of that. It’s actually a 256GB. But so far runs smoothly. My mom needed an upgrade for work.

It came packaged very well along with a QR wireless keyboard an Mouse. Set up was easier than I thought. I looked up HP Starting procedures plus scanned attached QR Code that indicated I needed a 25 numeric code to get windows. In order to get that code I wound need toscratch off a Silver Windows sticker, It did not have one. I called customer support of Refurbished Computer and asked since this was updated to Windows do I need the code. I did not since it was OK just to Plug and Play. (Very helpful and friendly Support people) I plugged everything in including two monitors and everythigng is working perfectly.

This is a very nice little PC. The Processor performs well with substantial RAM for everyday use. No bloatware! It came with a keyboard, mouse and wifi adapter, which i did not expect... I must have missed our in the description. I added the HP diagnostic tool which will find HP specific drivers and bios updates. This little machine also has a built in speaker, which was an added bonus since I didn't have any external speakers when I was setting it up. It has 2 display ports plus hdmi out. It was packaged nicely/ securely. I was a little hesitant to get a refurbished machine, but I would definitely recommend this one and the seller.

These HP EliteDesk 800 computers are great. This one came with a 12 core i5, 16gb ram, 1 tb M.2 SSD hard drive and built in wifi ax with Bluetooth 5.2 as well as Ethernet. Works great, great performance and so small you can mount it almost anywhere.
