Whether I am off road or in bad weather, being able to air down to a specific psi is great. With these I do not need to baby sit each tire and wait. I just set the psi I want screw it on and go to the next tire and do the same. Once they reach the desires psi, they stop and I remove them, giving me the traction that I need. These are handy to have in your vehicle, even if you are not an off roader. If the snow gets a little sketchy, use these, air down and be a little safer. They seem to be made well and are a simple design to be easily used. Based on the market, these are priced more than fair and are a good quality option. These can be kept with your car compressor and you are ready for what ever kind of road you end up on.

I can't believe I lived without these all these years. I don't offroad as much as I used too, but I do like to air down my tires even on dirt state forest roads and various winter conditions so it's going to be huge help, especially in the cold weather to not have to sit out there freezing my hand off.The other area I am looking forward to using them is at the drag strip when I'm running DOT drag radials. I can just air down the rears (Or all 4 depending on what vehicle I have.) and go for it and not have to sit there checking pressure every 4 seconds.The units are A++ quality. All metal build, period. Brick outhouse stuff. Fantastic.If you are on the fence, just grab them you won't be sorry. It's one of those things once you use you wonder why they weren't around sooner. Plus your buds will be like "WTH? Where did you get THOSE?!" LOL

WNCGC - 4 Pcs Adjustable Tire Deflators to Air Down Tires From 10-30 psi. Each deflator was tested several times and results were recorded. The start tire pressure was checked with a precision gauge and recorded for each test at 31-38 psi. The deflation pressure was set to 20 psi for all the tests.Only one of the deflators hit the set deflation pressure each time it was tested. One other deflator hit 18.5 psi. That was acceptable and within the +/- 2 psi listed variance range. The last two were consistently low at 14 and 15 psi.Setting the deflation pressure was a bit of guessing game since the packaged instructions weren't clear. I set the pressure so the line in the middle of the number was lined up with the top of the cylinder case, then tightened the lock ring. That seemed to be about right.The whole idea of the kit is that you could set the desired pressure on each deflator, put one on each tire, then remove it when the air stops bleeding off. That benefit is lost without the reliability of the tool. For me, I would not feel confident using these deflators since you can't get accurate results.

couldn't be simpler to use.I air down my tires when off road in the sand here in Florida and these make it simple to do.I use a jump box compressor to air back up and it stops at the pressure I set.With this set up it could not be a simpler process.5 STARS
