Bought this for my mom who recently had abdominal surgery (removal of uterus & ovaries). This remained soft even when ice cold. It was a the perfect weight & size as it covered the entire abdomen at once. It was easy to fold & place back in the freezer between applications. My mom does not like to be cold so initially she resisted the cold pack but quickly she realized it was an integral part of her postop recovery & pain control.

Love how flexible & cooling this is. I’m able to wrap it around my knee to ice it all over. Good weight to it. Similar to a mouse pad flexibility, instead of hard frozen gel. Stays very icy for at least 15 to 20 minutes, still cold-ish after that. Quickly gets cold again after about 25-30 minutes laying flat in the freezer. Very similar to the type used at my physical therapist after I dislocated my knee cap.

Perfect size and composition to ice a wrapped knee.

My son uses it for a cold pad for his legs. He likes that there’s no condensation on the “skin” of the pad. It’s very pliable.

Best cold compress. The weight, texture and temperature are great. I have not tried heating it.

This ice pack is more like an ice pad if that makes sense? It's like a gel but it's not a liquid it's like a solid square of gel that almost feels like foam. The size is amazing It gets nice and cold but it doesn't get so cold that it almost burns your skin. I would highly recommend. Very flexible and seems well built so far. I've only had it for a few days.

Flexible and comfortable to use!

This is the same type I use at my PT place. I love this style, its slightly weighted and soft, draps easily over my shoulder. It can get really cold with no hardness
