I have had a few different acupressure pens and never really cared for any of them. Most of them have a spring inside that I found hard to use. The only one that wasn't made that way was heavier and bulkier. These are so lightweight, slim, made with different sized tips for different areas of the body, have good grip, and work well. They are also an awesome value for the price. I recommend and if I ever had to get more I'd choose these.

Facial Reflexology is a massage technique I was unfamiliar with when I placed this order, so when I received them, I needed to be informed of both 1) how these compare to similar facial reflexology probing pens, and 2) how they're used. I could only experiment on myself, so I applied some rubbing oil thinly over my face and followed some of the techniques I'd learned.Based on my research and experience, the answers to my questions are 1) this is a great set of probing pens, priced reasonably, and recommended or anyone interested in facial reflexology, and 2) the proper use of these tools will take more education and practice, as it's not as simple as I expected. These reflexology tools provide a good variety of ball ends for various reflexology use. They require some outside knowledge, so be sure to do some research on how to use them and be prepared for some practice if you haven't used any before.At my time of review, it appears the seller updated the information to be more clear that these are just solid metal rods. They are quality metal rods as I expected, and I am excited to use them more in the future.

Sorry but I am not into the reflexology and acupuncture stuff. They are perhaps awesome for that. I was hoping to use them for hole gauges in acrylic sheet and that I would be able to check 1.5mm -2.8mm holes quickly with something that just sat in my pencil cup. I can, sort of, but they are odd sizes. The three double ended thingies measure 4.22/2.81, 3.20/1/92. 2.39/1.45 so, the small end of each is kind of useful. The smallest of them has also proven useful as a dull pick when you want to pick things without risk of scratching softer materials due to the tiny ball end.So in short, useful but not AS useful as I had hoped/intended.

This item is a set of 3 acupressure massage tools that can be used for reflexology, deep tissue massage and trigger point activation. They are basically 3 stainless steel pen like tools that are double sides with various sized nibs. They are a great addition to home massage tools. I would recommend doing some internet searching to learn more about the sort of massage and acupressure techniques can be accomplished with these tools. The metal tools are easy to keep clean and seem to be very good quality. I think the price point is most reasonable. I am very pleased with this set of tools.

ideayard Facial Reflexology Massage Tool 3 Pieces might be good for someone more skilled in accupressure but as a self-taught person with only one point I need to massage, I didn't notice any difference between using the tool and my fingers. (My set was not spring-loaded, which matches the current description on the Amazon product page.)

I ordered the 3-piece set of acupuncture tools and I received all 3.They're nice, heavy tools (solid stainless steel), and each end has a different-sized "ball", so you end up with 6 different sizes of reflex tools. There is some knurling along the shaft that keeps your fingers from sliding down the tool when you're applying pressure.I was making some inserts for my traveler's notebook and couldn't find my scoring tool, but these were close by, so I tried one...they do *excellent* work at scoring cardstock. :)
