Great fit for my Lectric XP3.0 Ebike
Warning - long review but tips are included!Wanting to use my Lectric XP3.0 e-bike for shopping and traveling, I needed a set of panniers. I didn’t want to pay a lot for my first tryout but wanted a set that looked good empty or full and wouldn’t leak or tear, according to reviews. This set meets those criteria.Interior stiffener panels keep them looking good empty or full, and the top lids overlap enough to keep light rain out. Rear outside pockets are places to carry a portable air pump and water bottle. I can carry a grocery bag in each side. I delayed writing this review to see if several trips to the store would reveal any flaws in the material or the seams but none have appeared. The bags sit far enough back on the bike that my size 11 shoes don’t hit them when pedalling, and the interior stiffening keeps the bags well away from the spokes, drive chain and brake mechanism. A win-win all around.I was glad to see that the bags fit over the bike’s 7-inch wide rear rack just fine, even though the fabric panel connecting the bags is not that wide. Just not a problem; see the photos. I came up with a couple of ways to keep the panniers on the bike, also shown. The first was made from an old license plate, trimmed, folded and pierced to allow attachment. That worked well (the button snaps on the plate in the photo are to attach a top bag). For a bit of overkill I 3-D printed a pair of female cabinet door catches, called “snap catches” on Thingiverse where I found the design. Each catch is attached in a place where it can snap onto one of the rear rack supports on the bike. They’re the two white clip-like items shown in the photo of the bags off the bike. Although the bags came with velcro straps to attach to the rack supports they were not positioned to work on my bike. Yours may be fine.It would be nice if these came with a rain cover but I think I can make do with a trash bag or two, so overall I happily recommend these panniers.

Excellent storage, average quality, only minor issues
The saddle bags are fairly well made and look like they’ll last a while. A few things they don’t mention in the description. The bags come with a stiffener that holds the bag sides apart. It looks like it just set in the bag but there are pockets on the sides at the top that you can slip the stiffener into to keep it in place. Otherwise is simply falls down and the bag collapses. I was going to tie the stiffener in place with zip ties when I found the pockets. So look. E fire punching holes in the bags. The Velcro ties on each side are supposed to wrap around the bike rack supports, and they do, but mine did not hold the bags in place. I did need to replace the Velcro with zip ties. There is a slot in the back of the middle cloth connector between the bags. It’s supposed to go over the bike rack end, but until I tied it in place with the zip ties, it would not stay in place. Other than those minor issues, they are roomy, large enough to fit a lot of gear, and seem to be of sufficient quality to last without worry. A good inexpensive storage solution.

Great bike bags!
I have ordered other bags that ended up being to lightweight for their claims. That's why I wanted to wait before giving a review. I have been using these bags for a couple of months and I load them down when I ride. They are strong canvas bags with water proofing. I highly recommend them. My only criticism would be the velcro straps on the backside of the bags are a little lightweight as well as the attachment fitting on the bag, but nothing has broken with my use as of yet, so maybe I'm exaggerating a non issue. Enjoy the bags if you get them, I have.

Works perfectly, installs easily, great features and value!
These saddlebags/panniers are the perfect size for my e-bike. They install easily and have every feature I wanted. The quality is high, and the attention to detail is impressive. Highly recommend.I notice in some of the negative reviews that people are putting them on backward. The sloped sides of the bags go toward the front so they miss your heels when cycling. That puts the slot in the top at the back so it can slip over the rack. A bungee cord easily holds them on - see photos. They come with stiffeners sewn into the main faces, plus there are insert spreaders that push down into the cavity and are held in place with a small pocket at the top of the front and back. Suggest putting the long leg of the spreader to the front to fit the longer sloped face.I accidentally lost one of the loose parts of a buckle, and the seller sent me a new one within days. So, top-notch service after the sale. Thank You!

love em hate em
Install was a little hard since the Sondors Electric bike frame is square not round. They hold a good deal of items and sit well on the bike. Takes a PHD to figure out how to fold the top over and secure to make waterproof. They could improve on how to close them for sure. We will see if they stand up to commuting.

Good value, size-wise, seem sturdy.
Roomy and sturdy.Quite heavy, even heavier with the plastic shape pieces, (see pictures, for weights), but seems well-constructed.Intended for shopping runs, I modified it by drilling a pair of holes to match a pair of screws I installed in the rack, (Iwas careful to avoid the stitching, also I saturated the surrounding cloth with superglue to prevent fraying, (pre-installed brass eyelets would have been nice). Provided Velcro loops control the bottoms.I've only done one shopping run, so far, but it held just over 30 pounds, no problem, and a pair of standard, reusable, shopping bags fit just fine. A pair of zippered pockets, on the outside rear, are a nice idea but the entry is too small for my hands, so they aren't usable for me.Waterproofing unknown, as I avoid riding in the rain!
