Great laptop. No issues at all

While the device was generally functional at first, the user experience was hindered by a poor touchpad that resulted in constant accidental taps. More significantly, the laptop died suddenly after just over a year of use. My experience with Samsung’s support was equally frustrating. After contacting US support, I was transferred between five or six different agents, only to be told that they could not assist me because the product - though purchased on Amazon.com - was originally from Canada. I was instructed to contact Samsung Canada instead. I eventually sought help from a private technician who identified a short circuit on the motherboard. Unfortunately, the cost to locate and repair the specific fault is prohibitively expensive, leaving the laptop unusable.

Mostly dissatisfied and past the return window. First biggest issue is the CPU and I blame Intel here, not Samsung. Laptop is overheating by just staying idle or browsing the internet. Next is the screen. I expected Amoled to represent the actual colors, but it's so off, especially the shades of blue, forget photo editing or even viewing if you're a pro. Yes it is vivid, nice thing if you want to burn your eyes. Lastly, it's claiming 18 hours battery life but it really is 4-5 hours. My previous Samsung laptop was a 2018 ultrabook and until now it holds 6-7 hours casual browsing / office work. I will try to sell it on ebay as used, I really hate it. On the positive side, it has room for two SSD drives which is not common for 14" laptops and the screen proportions of 16:10 are way better than typical 16:9, more square.

We got a good deal on this laptop. Very lightweight and just as expected. No complaints so far.

The worst product you can buy. The screen breaks without much needing.
