Did Not Act As A UPS
This seems like a quality battery, and set up easily. I bought this to use as a UPS for my CPAP. After following the instructions showing how to set up as a UPS, I went to bed. Just a couple hours later, I woke up because my machine shut off--the battery was dead. The battery did not act as a UPS, passing through line current, and only ran my machine off battery, which quickly depleted (I run a heated tube and humidity). I checked my setup, and it was identical to the instructions. I returned the battery. I had high hopes for this, but it just didn't work. I'm sure it would be great in a non-UPS setup.

Didn’t work with my CPAP
Went camping for few days and was hoping to use this. But, to my surprise, it said fully charged but wouldn’t turn on my air-mini. Bummed out

Disappointed
Bought it to backup my Airsense 10. Had read reviews elsewhere of it powering for 2 nights on a full charge. I fully charged it and used it to test it out and it only powered for 3-4 hours y night on a full charge. Very disappointed, especially for the expensive price. Seeking to talk to the maker to see if it needs to be returned.

Small, but heavy battery. POWER OFF! after charging and use.
I am glad that manufacturer has added a video. The manual is not great- therefore the four star review. Once I understood how to correctly use the battery, I have not had any issues. The first time I charged it, It completely discharged in several (~6) days because I did not power down the unit power down the unit after charging it. It lasts at least a month if you press and hold the power button until the lights go off. I charge mine every other month just to make sure I always have a charge in case of emergency. The battery is heavy for its size, quite dense. It lasts several days for me powering the airmini travel cpap by resmed. I previously used a “Portable Outlet” battery, this is about half the size but about the same weight of that brand. The company sells a matched solar panel which I am going to buy today. The Hurricane Helene shows that being prepared is important.

Very well designed, but fragile
I bought it to use with my AirMini CPAP while traveling in the world for 2 months. I liked the fact that it was small and lightweight, so it fit easily into my carry-on travel backpack. (When traveling, I take just one bag, small enough to fit in an airplane's overhead bin). I used it for a few nights before heading overseas. The chords included worked well, too. I decided not to take any other chords or plugs for my CPAP.It was fantastic for 3 days. Then, it fell off a nightstand (only about 2 feet), and the front and back plastic plates loosened or fell off. It wasn't much of a fall, so I was surprised that it came apart. I was able to put the battery back together, sort of,, so It continued to work. Over the rest of my trip, I nursed the battery along, as the parts continued to disintegrate. In the end, the small 1" x 3" panel (lower right in photo) was all that remained functional so long as it was plugged into an outlet. Planned overnight backpacking trips were no longer possible. The battery component had detached and failed.I should probably try to get a refund, but it's been awhile since I bought it. I liked the design enough that I'm going to try again. I might suggest using tape or something to reinforce the plastic plates at the front and back of the battery, or perhaps strap a little foam rubber on it to cushion any falls.
