Not recommended for people with large hands
These canes are very well made and the leather handle is classy and comfortable, unless you have big hands. The handle has a relatively small diameter and my hand fully wraps around it with my nails cutting into my palm. The cane is sturdy, but not as sturdy as most of my other canes. That said, this is the cane I take with me for formal outings as it looks great and provides more than adequate stability.

Great customer service!
My husband purchased this cane and used it for some months. It had a nice feel, the weight was comfortable and it looked nice. Unfortunately the metal shaft inside snapped. I wrote to customer service thinking they would probably just ignore us. I guess I should have had more faith because just a few days later we received a replacement. That being said, he really likes this cane and, should he want a second one, we will order the same.
