Hands-down, best cleaning product I’ve ever owned in my entire existence next to a Dyson. I clean so much more often now that I have this because it just erases the dirt out of my house. I am so excited to use it very easy to use. The only thing that would be like drawback would be having to wait for the water to heat up, but that’s not the fault of the product. I think overall it does a great job of getting things clean I’m talking about from the house to the car the garage tools, toys phones, you name it this steamer does an immaculate job of getting it clean or getting it sterilized. I think it the team at Dupray has done an amazing job with the attachments that it comes with.

I am beyond impressed with the Dupray Neat Plus steam cleaner. It cleaned my oven glass effortlessly and completely rejuvenated the kitchen. This is made very well and is very sturdy. It cleans and sanitizes my laminate wood floors. It came with several different cleaning pads etc and a nice bag to hold them all in.Be sure to use distilled water in it though or the tank can build mineral deposits.When I first used it, I worried that I would need to empty the water completely each time but I don’t actually need to do that. Since the water boils, there aren’t any germs to grow mold as long as you don’t open the lid after you turn it off. I have left the water in for a couple of weeks at a time with no issues.My only suggested improvements would be that it’s hard to tell how much water is in it. If you don’t put enough in, then you have to wait until it cools down before you can safely open the lid to refill it. Also, sometimes when I’m filling it, an air bubble gets stuck in the valve and the water won’t go down so I have to shake it or tilt it to get the air bubble out.Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase though and feel good that I can use it to sanitize my house.

Dupray neat +What is better on the Neat+: 1600w more power, better funnel, can put more water in while in use, heats up in less that 2 min and continuously works. Although after 45-min of continuous use the 50psi weakens.PROS:-Heats up fast. Less that 2 min.-Works continuously till water is low.-Can add water anytime and continue using.-Light weight and compact-cleans great as a general steam cleaner on floors, toilets, mirrors, windows, steam bacteria out of area rugs, etc & dries fast-Pinch grips on floor tool can use any microfiber towel. Could even use old floor mop pads.CONS:-must leave steam on very dirty or greasy service a long time for it to soften. I used a scrubber with steam scrubber same time on grout on my hand and knees.-Needs better tools. Should come with 2” narrow strong grout brush. Brushed deteriorate fast. Wire round brush worked well on oven racks with A LOT of scrubbing.Extra pads, bonnets, brushes kit $79If you have very dirty surfaces and want it cleaned faster I would suggest the Dupray Tosca 316 degrees, 72.5 psi.

Love it! Powerful and easy to use.The Dupray steamer made my couch and mattress look brand new. Super hot, dry steam — no mess, no chemicals. Great for deep cleaning and smells fresh after!Totally worth it. 🙌

Pleased with this relative small but effective unit. It does a lot of cleaning on a tank of water you may be surprised how far it goes. Heats quickly amd the variety of attachments are useful. Floors, counter, appliances, bathroom, even steamed something clothing and rugs. You can blast out your window screens as well. It's a bit of imagination is the limit on what you want to throw steam at. It doesn't quite produce at the level to use in steam bending wood for shape projects, I tested that, though it certainly wasn't designed or marketed for that purpose.

It would be nice to have somewhere for the hose to go, maybe to wrap around the handle. Also, the power cord is super hard to wrap up. It would be great to have a retractable cord. We also had an issue with the handle heating up due to leaking steam but I contacted support and I think I got it fixed. But this steam cleaner really does great and is easy to use!

Mine STOPPED working after 3 uses, but outside the return window. I have reached out to the seller. Too expensive to have these kind of issues in 3 uses. I have a child with allergies, who does immunotherapy. I needed a good product to assist along with all the other measures we were taking. This is why I went with the pro with attachments. This failed to reach the mark. Plenty of cheaper options on the market. It had great potential and I wanted to love it, as it has multiple attachments, steams everything we needed, and was easy to use. I could quickly change between attachments while working in each room. It also was easy to carry upstairs, and stored easily in my closet. I also loved the speed at which it heated up. None of those things do me any good now, as I have NO WORKING steamer I’ll wait to hear back from the seller.
