Honestly wasn't expecting much, but the quality is high. Has a weighty feel to it. Comfy to use, triggers are responsive and smooth. Bumpers are tactile which feels nice. Put a few hours of playtime into it and even though I have larger hands, it is still comfortable. If there were a wireless version I'd buy that one in a heartbeat.

I wanted to grab the smallest controller physically possible, so i grabbed a super small keychain sized controller for my DIY Cyberdeck. Eventually I ended up finding that certain games and emulations required at least one thumb stick as well as both sets of trigger buttons, not just a single set. Looked around for ages to find a reasonable solution until i found this. Wasn't sure if it would fit at first, but luckily it's capable of being crammed inside my Pelican IM2050 storm case along with MOST of the other components I wanted/required. The headphone/mic port on the bottom is a nice touch too, though haven't found a reasonable use-case for that feature yet. If you want a small, pocket sized wired controller with detachable USB cable, this is one of the smallest options that still provides all the functionality of a typical Xbox controller, including rumble motors.

Fits my kids hands we better than a full size controller, and it packs away much better too.

So far soo good. Its got decent sticks, great bumpers and triggers. Build quality is solid. Size is just right and still can be competitive. The buttons are nice and clicky .My son and I absolutely love it.

As my title states, this is a good controller. Small size, but comfortable. Nice & responsive. HOWEVER... the analog sticks are great, AT FIRST. They will eventually suffer from stick drift, the more you use the controller. My hope is that HyperX sees this review & maybe they will release a Hall-Effect revision of this great mini controller. You may be able to find hall-effect sticks that are compatible with this controller & may be potentially able to have a professional swap the sticks out, but that is a bit beyond my tech repair skills.

I take this controller everywhere with me. The triggers are really nice, it doesn’t feel cheap.

Perfect size for all of my children ages ranged from 3-12. I wish they done wireless versions of this! Works ok with laptops by inserting usb cable directly to it.
