This supplement has improved my sleep health and muscle recovery! I have problems sleeping even with the aid of sleeping medication, but this has helped keep me asleep for longer and I feel more well rested. Highly recommend. Gooooood value. For sleep enhancement, I take two about 11pm. each evening. Took about 2 weeks to really reach peak level.
