Excellent product! Bit difficult to install for those not mechanically inclined, but an excellent product nonetheless!

Had it for a month and the drum broke- they replaced it once I made them aware, a replacement was sent immediately! 5 stars!!!!!!

The drum I bought does not print clearly. The darkness of the output increases as you go from left to right, but having a document where only the right side is readable isn't useful. Also, the printing shows streaks that are more noticeable as you go from left to right.
