Tasty, convenient and protein rich
I find this very palatable and easy to make in the mornings for a quick breakfast. The package says to cook it for 3 minutes on the stove top but I’ve found that just adding boiling water and letting it steep for 3 minutes works for me. The taste is great and I can adjust my portion size as needed. I also like that the ingredients are very high quality.

Great for the price
I love the nutritional value of this product. I am trying to up my protein intake throughout the day and this is a wonderful way to start. However, I completely agree with the other reviews, directions are not clear at all. I use these for overnight oats. I have only had one turn out at the consistency I enjoy. Overall a tasty healthy product. Please do something about the directions.

UPDATE - I have to say, this company's customer service is outstanding. They contacted me after my review (below) to offer a full refund. That wasn't necessary, as I'm aware most food items are not returnable. However, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again, given their dedication to customer service. I'd suggest purchasing only one bag to see what flavors you might like, if you haven't tried this product yet. But the customer support bears giving it a go, and so I'm ammending my review. I did enjoy blueberry flavor. The chocolate one I can't stomach. If anyone has any suggestions for conversion, I'd love to hear them as I don't have the ability to measure in grams but still like to be aware of my portion sizes, protein and carb intake. Thank you, Amrita, for your dedication to customer service. Truly rooting for this little company! Going to try another flavor!First off, the serving size is difficult to determine. I don't have a measurement for grams, so I googled conversions and the numbers are all over the place. I read reviews, looking for help, and it seems that this is a common question. That issues alone, the consistency is just terrible - chewey but not, all at the same time. I really wanted to like this product, but I just can't stomach the texture. Maybe I'm doing something wrong with ratios, but I just don't have the time to experiment with them. Sadly, I cannot return the two bags of different flavors I purchased. So disappointed!

The best flavor by far of the bunch
I love this company. I don't love the chunks of coconut in most of their flavors. But this one is awesome. High quality at a fantastic price. The Blueberry is good as well and the chocolate one is also tasty.

You might not like it
I couldn’t drink it because of the taste. I bought 2 bags because of the reviews and thought I was stuck with them. Kudos to the company for getting in touch with me and offering a full refund. I advise new customers to buy just one bag to try it. Maybe it’s just my taste buds?

Pros and Cons
First, as many people have said, there are no measurements. It says it is five servings so I put it in a measuring cup and found that it comes to two and half cups so a serving is a half a cup of the oatmeal, without the liquid. Why not say half a cup? It is instant oatmeal so the texture is very thin and if you add the amount of liquid they say, very thin. But you can add extra protein powder or, as I did, or psyllium ( I added collagen as well) to kick up protein or fiber. It actually has a good amount of fiber - 8 grams. Adding some other powder also cuts down on the sweetness - it's very sweet. The good news is that the sweetness is from dates. It's also high in calories, a consideration for some of us. Would I buy it again? Not sure. One could probably add protein powder to regular oatmeal and get the same benefits and the taste you enjoy.

Apple cinnamon
I was looking for a cheaper version or just something similar to oats overnight since I absolutely love them. When mixed 1 cup to 1 cup of almond milk it was too thick. I ended up using 2/3rds of a cup to 8 oz of almond milk. It was a more similar consistency of Oats overnight. The flavor was sweet enough and I live the apple pieces but it still isn't as yummy as I was hoping. I think I will just be adding this to my mixture when I use the original.
