Awesome! Simple and way better than expensive onws
Works way better thant the overly bloated expensive gizmos such as those that look like a preying mantis or those with unnecessarily complex spiros. Using this with a manual one that has fixed needles works way better! Totally thumbs up!

Magnets Do Not Bond Well With Coated Baskets
I bought this funnel for its affordability, great reviews, reputable brand, and the overall construction seemed simple and to the point. However, upon first use with my IMS Nano-coated 18g Precision Basket the funnel easily shifts around on the portafilter and very easily falls off. I thought that was kinda lame and reflected poor magnetic consistency across manufacturing, until pulling shots today. I looked at my standard Gaggia baskets and decided to test how well the funnel magnetized to them. And wouldn't you believe the magnetization was incredibly strong! Could not knock it off easily and could turn the portafilter upside down.Please be warned that if you have a nano coated basket or coated basket of any kind I would first check the manufacturer for issues with magnetization. The nano coating for the IMS baskets (or however they treat their metals) prevents magnetization.This funnel is a 5/5 without a doubt, but because of it's functional limitations not working as advertised for all baskets I give it a 4/5.

Fits well. Magnet works with rounded edge basket and stays in place.
Overall great value and quality. Lightweight. Fits perfectly on Hibrew (H10A) portafilter. The magnet works well with the rounded edge of the basket. Easy to clean.However, it doesn't fit their own blind shaker; they have almost the same outer diameter. The blind shaker would just sit on top, edge to edge, but not seated in the bottom groove. Not a big deal when it's more ideal to hold the blind shaker higher when pouring the ground. Should have better synergy with their other products.4.5 stars

A little bit too shallow
The dosing ring is well made and attached tightly to the portafilter. Take two star off due to 1) the dosing ring stuck powders and need to clean it off every time. 2) it a little bit shallow for 24 gram of beans, have to be very careful with WDT, other wise it will spill out.

58mm works great on Gaggia Pro Classic. Like the magnets -- they work perfectly: not too much and not too little. Less mess to worry about so pouring from hand grinder and WDT tool are easier.

Fits well and stays in place
This dosing funnel fits our 58 mm portafilter (gaggia classic) in such a way that when using our wire distribution tool it does not slip off - this was a problem with our previous dosing funnel. It's inner edge is flush with the inside edge of the portafilter thus allowing for easy access of the wire tool. A welcomed addition to our morning espresso making ritual. Highly recommended.
