Very Happy
This is the second time I had to order due to UPS damaged the cans the first time. The product money was refunded in a very timely manner, so I reordered and this time the cans were dented but the product was okay. This is a very good sealer to use on your home ( we have a log home ) as it gives a beautiful look to the logs that last up to 4 years. I highly recommend Flood.

Only lasts one year
Friends::While we have used this product for 20 years we have put on a new coat every year. We live in a $2.3 million dollar log home on 455 acres with wooden outdoor decks at 9000 foot elevation in the Sangre de Cristo mountain range of Colorado.Temperatures fluctuate from minus 15 F in Winter to 86 F in Summer with 325 days of endless blue skies.Thinking Allowed....Arthur

So far the best natural wood cover up here (6000ft.) Works at least as well as Penefin. Turns the wood an amber/orangey color on white pine, but still looks good. Used it on my shake siding, perfect.

Looks great when applied but wears away very fast.
Looks great when you first apply. Lasts only for a year or so. I am in NY so it is depending on severity of the winter. Once it starts to wear off which won't take long you have a epic mess. Nothing like the oil based product that last for years. If you don't mind power washing, sanding and repreping every year then go for it. That 5 year nonsense on label is laughable. I go a few states over and purchase the oil based. It's worth the trip and I buy a large quantity so I have extra.
