Cheap module, won't take heat
There is a significant difference in design quality between these cheap boards and the oem boards. I had another one of these that lasted a couple of weeks because they seemingly used leaded solder on the components. The module stopped working and after taking it apart I saw half the components had come off the board from excessive solder heat. Granted this should've been a Ford recall, putting a 40a power control module behind a radiator that is sending it very hot air was ultra stupid. But at least the OEM modules last for years. I have my module rerouted to the interior of my car with a cooling fan so I can use these cheap modules without issue. Just know if you put it where the geniuses at Ford thought was appropriate you might get like a month. These modules do not handle heat at all.I got these plugs too to replace the ghetto I had in the interior and they worked perfect. This connector is not appropriate for 40a though, again Ford being geniuses. There is way too much heat generated on these connections which is a sign of a poor or too small a connection. Melted plastic is very common on these. I have yet to reverse engineer the fan control module. The cheap control boards on here have a UART so it's probably possible and very easy to make a board that doesn't use these terrible connectors. Regardless, the wires are really good on this and will work fine on the car.

Worked great
This pigtail worked perfectly with the pwm Volvo fan I was installing in my hotrod. I’ve seen this connector used on multiple fans already so if you think it looks right it probably is, as long as it’s a modern, pwm fan from about 2016+.
