Good product and reasonable quality at this price point. I have used my own carpainter to assemble, but overall happy with the product, packaging and overall experience.

The product itself is not worth the packaging it came in . Flimsy material and cheap hardware is used. Even though the product is advertised as robust and sturdy, but it is the actual opposite of that. The shelves do not align and the doors hang. The customer service is equally bad and Amazon is refusing to replace the product saying that it is not damaged. My advice is to stay away from Amazon branded products especially large appliances and home items. Exceptionally poor quality and very bad customer support and service. Completely dissatisfied.

Overall product is nice, each and every thing is sent properly with proper packaging. only issue that I think is with the installation service, because they had no one to install the wadrobe in my city. So I had to arrange a carpenter, but this amount was reimbursed by Amazon in Amazon wallet.

Product quality is not good as expected.cupboard backside wood thickness is low. When compared to side and frontside.

The product is good, however, the installation experience was very bad. Was supposed to get installed on Sunday, but it didn't happen. Post that had followup with installation crew a lot. Very bad experience and finally after 4 days of initial installation date it was installed on 5th day on my working day. had to take time out from office and get this installed. Very bad experience. Ratings in negative for installation experience. The product is good. Not so sturdy as custom made, but would work for singles. Storage good enough for 1 person (This is subjective as to how much one has stuff to store). Clothes hangers are to be placed slanting to fit and close the doors.

Well, idea of buying wardrobe by just viewing it online was exciting, deal was good, delivery was fast, it came on time, till that time everything looks superb, now rollercoaster comes in to the picture, three BIG BOXES lying in your home , occupying a king size bed space, festival time, guests coming in and seeing your dependency on a world class company and world class installation company, we were given a slot which spill over next to next and next and next.. Drama continues with non professional front end rep of AMAZON and no result, we were so fraustrated that even can beat any person who so ever even comes to console on this wardrob stuff, amazon rep continued to maintain one statement, we have to wait, wait & wait , till the time 4-5 days we have wasted on it and finally they given us permission to get install from outside which we got done from URBAN CLAP and that poor fellow describes us that service we chosen was to assemble semi assemble wardrobe not the wardrobe which is to be fully assemble including smallest possible hinge, screws or whatever comes in as kit along-with , now one more surpise comes as one hing is also missing from the lot and that had costed us additional money and extra money we paid to carpaiter as we had no choice but to get it assembled and remove all associated crap from our home as festival is on head and amazon just remove dirt fom their hand, over all a big nightmare and amazon paid back just half of the amount we spent on assembly as we only had bill for booking the slot, rest money we paid to carpainter in cash and we just wanted to get rid of it, wardrobe costed us additional money and loads of pain , moreover the refund amount came to us as only Amazon Gift card ,,,Hahahahahah, means we can only and only use it on amazon shopping , so even is you dont have any plan to buy anything further, still you can only use this money on amazon ,, total harrasement, no call came from Amazon, we just have been cheated and made fool in front of Amazon big system, so be carefeul when you plan to buy and what exactly you are buying, happy shopping :-)
