Does not work with Jio sim
The camera itself has good image capabilities and low light performance. However, it does not work with a Jio sim card. I contacted support and they were not helpful. Just asked me to try using an Airtel sim. If that is the case, they need to mention it before buying it and should not advertise as 4g. They need to clearly list the supported carriers. Or, they can release a firmware update. This is a failed product without wifi and proper 4g support. Hikvision should stop selling this. Amazon needs to ban this product.

The cc camera is good working a better quality, money is also valuable, give some warranty and specifications like availability of charger should be mentioned, and it works only on Airtel sim don't know why?
