Great to have if you’re unsure of what chemicals are in the water you drink, like the forever chemical threats in the drinking water, and if you have some concerns about some bottled water sources.

Disgraceful customer service. I've sent multiple emails and get no reply. It's very difficult to suck water through the rubber tip since where the tip connects it leaks so badly you get about 75% air. I've diagnosed the problem for them and get no response. I guess they just don't have a fix but continue to sell and inferior product. I received a 32 oz water filtration bottle is a Christmas gift. I never would have bought it myself had I read the reviews.

I purchased a 32 oz. Clearly Filtered water bottle from the company's website, and even had it engraved. I wanted to buy the best water bottle that I could find to enable me to keep hydrated throughout the day, and this one is nearly perfect. The blue color is beautiful, and the size is such that you won't need to constantly refill it. The filter is the best on the market for city water, and you don't need to (and shouldn't) tilt the bottle to drink.Customers complain that they have a hard time sucking the water out of the bottle. Just how difficult is it? It's very much like sucking a milk shake through a straw. It takes effort, but it's worth it because the filter removes so many contaminants.The result is remarkable. The water tastes clean. That may seem like a strange thing to say. After all, water isn't supposed to taste like anything. But once you taste the first sip of filtered water from this water bottle, you'll immediately see what I mean. We tend to not notice that water from a faucet has any taste until a filter like this removes that taste. It's only then that we can experience what truly clean water tastes like: nothing. And that true lack of taste allows us to drink more, and look forward to it. Going back to drinking unfiltered water after this would be quite jarring, and make you think twice.The main disadvantages are that the filter design is such that you can't extract all of the water from the water bottle. Some is left at the bottom, but this is minor. Also, the plastic straw can become detached from the lid. It would have been better if it could be screwed in instead of pushed in. Still, this isn't worth worrying about. The bigger problem is that if you drink 3.00 liters of water per day, you're going to need a new $25 filter each month, which means that the operating cost will be $300/year. That may seem like a lot, but consider how much you might pay for bottled water per year, and the fact that it would contain micro- and nano-plastics.I think that this water bottle is a great solution, overall. It's far superior to the Brita water bottles and filters. And the lid makes it easy to carry around. I'm really happy with my purchase. If you're looking for the best water bottle on the market for city water, this is it. Don't hesitate to buy it. You won't regret it.
