I have accidentally hit my Dexcom several times and this little band has prevented it from getting pulled off.

I found that the cover doesn't stay on over the dexcom unit. Also you must be sure that the unit is inserted in the right direction or the cover won't fit. I also found that the clamp rubs against the side and causes irritation. I like the concept of something to cover the dexcom unit to prevent it being knocked off and helping to keep the area dry when swimming but it needs to stay on and be comfortable to wear.

I tried to "assemble" and fit this thing, after about 30 minutes of trying to figure it out, I gave up and returned it. Since I was wearing the sensor I was trying to fit it over, it wasn't seated right to make it fit, as far as I could tell. I certainly wasn't going to take it off and try again with a new sensor! You have to measure the band and trim it down and hook on the clasp to secure it. For the money it cost, I expect something that you just put on, not have to have three hands and another set of eyes to get it assembled.I returned it and bought another band that just hooks together. I'm not too crazy about the aesthetics of the ordered band, but I'll live with it.

I found the product annoying to set up. Needed a screw driver, had to cut and measure. Has a large metal buckle you have to add on after all of that. Would have rather just had the buckle installed, then be able to adjust and cut to fit. Will buy one that is easier to adjust next time. Instructions weren't that great either.

This is the best DXC arm band I have ever used. It is soft and extremely comfortable. It is so good that you do not feel it on your arm. It is not effected by bathing or swimming. The elastic nature of the band is its hallmark. The band fits to your arm and does not cause pruritis or any other side effect. I can easily say that everyone with a DXC should use this arm band.

I used to get all kinds of problems with patches for the Dexcom G7. They would come unraveled, peel off, cause rashes and get itchy constantly. Even with patches that were supposed to be hypoallergenic. Since I switched to this arm band I have had no issues whatsoever. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the ability to adjust it slightly so that the fit is better as the sensor location changes on the upper arm. Quality of materials is excellent and it is comfortable to wear, even at the gym.

Buyers beware. The picture is misleading as it shows the monitor already in the band. I mistakenly bought this thinking I had purchased the entire glucose monitor. Negative. It is only the band. Which seems to be nice, as long as you already have the monitor that goes into the band.Pay attention so you don't make the same mistake.

I have used clear stickers, sticky wipes, and sports wrap trying to keep my G7 in place for a full 10 days and have tended to fail miserably. I saw this band and can truthfully say it has been a game changer! I cut it to size and love how the silicone piece attaches to the G7 and the softness of the band material, and the strong clasp of the band. I do not see any failed sensors (due to falling off) or compression lows in my future!
