This neck massager is AMAZING!! It actually feels like someone is massaging your neck. We use it on our lower back, thighs, wherever our muscles are needing a good massage. It works great while working at your desk on the computer. The batter lasts quite a long time and the weight of the massager makes for a great massage.

As described and feels good, but it’s made for a larger person. I’m 5’3” and I guess I have a skinny neck because this really doesn’t squeeze enough on me.

This was almost too much of a great thing. It really grabs, and I found it more painful than relaxing. I had my husband try it (he's 6'0 and about 200 lbs). He grimaced and handed it back. So, maybe it's meant for football players?

I really like this The needing motion fits my shoulders and my neck perfectly. On one mode it works great the pinching mode but the other mode it seems to have a pause in it I'm not sure if that's supposed to be there or not anyway it's comfortable it's easy to use and it's not as heavy as some of the others

It worked wonderfully the first couple times I used it, and then the third time, one of the arms broke. I should have returned it at that point but I didn’t. I tried to use it again a few weeks later and it just wouldn’t charge at ALL. It was too late to return it so now I’m stuck with a completely broke and expensive back massager. I would suggest getting one that doesn’t have the arms. If you get one that’s defective, return it immediately. I REALLY wanted to like this product.

This device has been so wonderful! My husband carries tension in his neck a lot, so I got this for him and he absolutely loves it! So much so I got one for myself and my father in law as well, they are used daily! If you have a sore neck or even shoulder it does wonders!
