Is this compatible with my current bb 'shimano dura-ace 9000 bottom bracket sm-bb9000'?

It should. I upgraded from 9000 to 9100 without any issues.

mine has alot of drag, what should I do??

Probably put too much torque on that plastic end cap on the non drive side. That is not really holding anything on it is just there to adjust tension on the crank/BB interface. Loosen the 5mm pinch bolts on the non-drive arm, back off the plastic nut/cap 1/2 a turn, give the cranks a little tap with a plastic mallet on each side to center them, then re-torque the 5mm pinch bolts. If you still have drag repeat process and back it off another 1/2 turn.

will this replace shimano UN55 68x122.5 ?

A un 55 is a square taper bottom bracket. The Dura ace is for cranks where the axel is mounted to the crank. If you have the correct version of the Shimano crank I assume it would fit. If you are going to use your existing crankset, then no.
