You would be amazed but within about 30 minutes you start feeling a burning sensation but it is all good because its laced with herbs and essences and the burning comes from Capsaicin peppers. I thought I would show some skin sensitivity from it but not at all. Worth noting here however: I went into a hot tub with it on and quickly had to remove it after hitting the hot water, even after I removed it my knee felt like it was on fire when i slide back into the hot water but its the capsaicin oils. It dissipated in a few minutes but WOW it's and eye opener. The relief does last for about 7-8 hours. Peel and stick and go. So easy. I have had knee pain for a few years now and this one appears to remedy with temporary relief. Yay! T P L

Excellent product, I had a meniscus tear and used it for a week, and the result was remarkable. By day two the pain had subsided by the end of the week the pain was all gone. I have recommended it to all my friends who have knee pain. And they have had good results. I gave one of the patches to a friend who had pain in his wrist and the pain has subsided.

Thumbs up from a long time knee pain sufferer who is still an athlete. I was a little skeptical but found that these unobtrusive little patches do provide targeted joint pain relief. 24 hours later I can still feel the tingling of the herbs used to stimulate blood flow to the inflamed area. The price is a bit painful, but after 3 knee surgeries I am glad to find a natural, non medical topical pain reliever which is not stinky.

I bought these for my wife's knee and wondered if I was wasting my money but they WORKED and now she doesn't need anything on her knee and she is walking great again.

The patch helped my aching knee but I had to remove the patch after a few hours due to it made a burning sensation, but that wasn’t to big of a deal.
