Best all around earbuds
Just great all around earbuds. They're not the best sounding, the most comfortable, or the cheapest, but they do everything good and the dial on the case has been really useful. Good sound quality, good battery, they stay in my ears well, decent noise cancelling and the price is reasonable. Would definitely recommend

5/5 Stars, always.
I’ve been a big supporter of CMF by Nothing for a while now. My first purchase was back in late 2023 when I bought the original CMF Buds. I had just switched from AirPods, and I was honestly blown away by how good they were for the price. They sounded great, were comfortable, and became my daily earbuds for almost two years. Eventually I lost one of them, so I decided it was time for an upgrade and picked up the CMF Buds 2a. Once again, Nothing delivered. The sound quality was excellent, and they held up incredibly well. I even accidentally jumped into a pool with one earbud still in my pocket, and it continued working perfectly afterward. As someone who works in lawn care and landscaping, my earbuds get used hard every day, so durability is important to me. My only real complaints with the 2a were the battery life and the noise cancellation occasionally cutting in and out. This week I upgraded to the CMF Buds Pro 2, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. They updated within minutes of taking them out of the box, they’re extremely comfortable, lightweight, and almost disappear once they’re in my ears. I chose the blue color because it had the fastest shipping, but it’s also a nice change after only owning white and black earbuds. The Nothing X app is excellent, and the Pro 2 have noticeably more features than the previous models. Adaptive noise cancellation has been especially useful while I’m working, and the Bluetooth connection has been very reliable even at longer distances. Over the past few years, CMF by Nothing has consistently impressed me with the value they offer. I’ve had a great experience across multiple generations of their earbuds, and I plan to keep using their products in the future.

Fantastic upgrade to an older pair of earbuds
Great earbuds. A massive upgrade to my previous pair which were Skull Candy Dime 2’s. It has active noise cancellation which works great on my train commute but also a transparency mode so I can hear my surroundings if I want to. There’s also a much longer battery life. They fit nicely in my ears out of the box and the case has added functionality that you can program as a hard button. The dial on the case also allows for volume controls. Their app also has equalizer settings and bass adjustments allowing you to tinker a bit to get things just right. I managed to grab a pair on sale and they were also cheaper than my previous headphones (under $40 USD)! Great value for the functionality and quality. I would recommend these if you are in need of an upgrade to earbuds that may be 5 years or older.

Should not be this good for the price
After losing my sennheiser earbuds, I got these as a quick replacement since music is a super important part of my day. These earbuds are pretty crazy for the price they are at. The battery lasts very long in day to day use, and I only really charge the case once a week. The smart dial on the case is a very nice addition, and other than helping me not lose my case as much anymore, I've put down my phone more since its not as needed anymore in terms of listening to music. It works well with my pixel 6 pro, and sure the anc isn't the most ground breaking but it gets the job done pretty well and blocks out a lot of other background music and noise. One thing about it though is that the tuning out of box is pretty garbage in my opinion, and sounds pretty empty. I would recommend downloading the nothing x app (the app used to configure these earbuds), and set the eq to rock, which makes it sound so much better. Related to sound quality, it is also very very punchy, and the bass is pretty nice. 4.8/5 very good if you get the nothing x app :D

Quite amazed for the price -- great sound, connectivity and features!
I don't write many reviews, but for the price and sound quality, these are an excellent value for me, and I wanted to share my experience. First off, this is a review from an iPhone user. While I like all the extra features Apple's proprietary chips offer, I'm not a huge fan of the way that AirPod Pros fit (or the price). My favorite pair of Bluetooth buds of all time was a pair of Beats Fit Pro. I'm a pretty active person, and I enjoyed the wings that fit well in my ears, and the sound was pretty lively and fun. Those lasted a couple of years, but once they went kaput, I thought I’d try some other brands (as an Apple subsidiary, Beats are pretty expensive as well). I have had three pairs of Nathing Ear buds over the past year—not because they broke, but rather because I regularly lose buds in parking lots and next to gym machines. They sounded great, but I didn’t feel like the noise cancellation was the best, and there is sometimes a lag in connecting to my phone. They also have a strange ‘watery’ streaming sound with certain types of music, especially music with distorted guitars. After losing my third earbud in a row, I needed a new pair of buds, and I ended up reading some reviews of these CMFs. As someone who is already partially in the Nothing ecosystem, I liked what I read about the features and really liked the price. I am not disappointed at all by these buds. The sound quality and isolation are excellent, and they connect to my phone right away. Noise cancellation seems much better than my Nothing Ears. I listen to a lot of rock, EDM, jazz, and podcasts, and they sound great with all genres, whereas the Nothings seemed to struggle with rock. Many buds have harsh treble, but these are clear without having a piercing top end. The bass is pretty pronounced, so I don’t even turn on the extra bass settings. I do miss the custom sound profiles of the Nothings, but the tuning out of the case is really enjoyable to my ears. I’ve put these through a lot of scenarios over the past couple of weeks, including biking, jogging, mowing the lawn, going on walks, taking short calls and doing chores around the house. They’ve been great in every situation. The only issue I've run into is that they seem to have a shorter range than earbuds with Apple chips, as they cut out when I was playing basketball and got a little far away from my iPhone. For most people and scenarios, I really don't think this will be a problem. Also, the fit is secure—not as good as my Beats Fit Pros, but they don’t slip unless I get incredibly sweaty. For the price, I can’t really complain. A few years ago, I think most $40 earbuds sounded quite flat with crummy battery life and connectivity issues, so it’s amazing how far we’ve come. Plus, the Nothing app is really easy to use. The case has cool functionality that I haven’t really explored, but it’s nice to have the options. The case is a smudge magnet, but for 40 bucks, that’s not really a big deal, either. I bought the blue ones, but the orange color looks really nice to me as well. I would recommend these for people in almost any scenario, from work to exercise to just enjoying music or podcasts at home.

Punches above it's weight class
The earbuds are awesome - great sound, good battery life, decent ANC. It has a small pocketable case - the smart dial's very customizable. It has a nice feeling to it - you might use it as a toy. It's a product that punches well above it's weight class. It's DIRAC opteo sound preset with ultra base turned off gives it a rich taste with a big sound stage. You will definitely come to enjoy the Nothing X app too - beautifully designed and easy to use. The buds' controls are highly customizable using this app. But I was so close to returning it because of the "fit", but I didn't. I have small ears. It fits in my ear but it started to hurt after a few minutes. I tried different ear tips it came with but that didn't solve the issue. So I ended up swapping it with tips from a wired headset I own and it solved the problem for me. But now I can't place the buds in the case with the tips on. But this might not be an issue to majority.

Good sound and build quality, but disappointing Bluetooth range and controls
The CMF Buds Pro 2 are well made and the sound quality is quite good for the price. They feel like a quality product, and the Smart Dial on the charging case is an interesting idea. Unfortunately, our experience with them has been disappointing in two practical areas. The biggest issue is Bluetooth range. I bought these for my wife, who often uses earbuds while cooking. She leaves her phone or iPad on the kitchen counter with a video playing and occasionally walks into nearby rooms before coming back. With a generic pair of earbuds that cost about half as much, she could do this without losing the connection. With the CMF Buds Pro 2, the connection starts dropping as soon as she moves away from the kitchen. For our use, the Bluetooth range is noticeably worse than much cheaper earbuds we have owned. The controls also took some getting used to. Play/Pause can be assigned to the earbuds through the Nothing X app, but it is not part of the most intuitive default setup. My wife is used to simply controlling playback directly from the earbuds while exercising, so having to configure this separately was unnecessarily confusing. The Smart Dial on the case is interesting, but I am not convinced it is particularly useful. If I need to carry and reach for the charging case to control the earbuds, I could just reach for my phone, which obviously gives me many more options. Overall, the Buds Pro 2 look good, feel well made and sound good. But for our everyday use, the surprisingly limited Bluetooth range is a significant drawback. My wife has not enjoyed using them nearly as much as the cheaper earbuds they replaced. She will give them some more time, but if she cannot get used to them, we will probably go back to the previous pair.

Worse tips on a earbuds
Tips do not stay in my ear. Other than that they the best ear buds I have bought so far. Mics are good, sound quality is good and the battery life is good. The default sound set up is flat and doesn’t do the earbuds any justice so download their app and change that to DIRAC opteo. Really good transparency mode and noise cancellation. Only use that if u have both earbuds in or else it’s going to feel like u have water in your ears Worse tips on a earbud. Worth repeating. Had to buy some replacement foam tips and those are slightly better. I realise it is either the center of gravity on these that make them want to jump out your ears every time u look down or the orientation of the earbuds that makes it lean outward. Everyone has different earloops but for me these are a floor magnet
