Adjustable and Lovely!
Bought this tea box to keep a variety of flavors on hand. So happy with this purchase. The only box I have found where you can adjust the spaces as you need them. Very important since some companies have wider satchets (Buddha Teas). Received great customer service when I reached out with a question. Great sellers!

Pretty and functional.
Overall, I really like this box. It is well made, quite attractive, and very versitile.Mine did not come with a chain, but it did come with a note saying to remove the chain if I didn't like it (lol). The lid stays up fine on its own though, supported by the hinges.The lid decoration is painted on, not etched.My only complaint, the bamboo isn't very well finished. Several of the slats are very rough and splintery.I'm also not a fan of the fact that it comes with a note which mentions gluing the slats in place to prevent them from bowing over time. The movable dividers are the main reason I liked it, so it can change as our collection does. Will have to see how this plays out over time.

Very classy looking tea box
I had no idea tea boxes even existed until I happened to see one on Amazon, and then I had to have it. My tea was all shoved into a cabinet which was kind of sad. I ended up picking this box because it looked nice and I really liked that the little panels could be moved because I have a lot of different teas. I ended up being really glad I went with this one because none of the other ones I looked at had the ability to remove panels and I ended up using that a lot to make my tea fit. The only down side is I have a lot of celestial seasonings teas that aren't in a bag, but that would happen with any tea box. The box itself is decent quality and would make a good gift for a tea lover I think. It ended up holding a LOT of tea. Like somewhere around ten boxes. Overall a good purchase.
