Customer service was kind and polite. I will certainly continue using this product and recommending it. Well done!(Original issue: Two of the 5 bags I’ve ordered tasted fine. The other three have been horribly bitter. First bag good, reordered. Second bag yuck, but just tossed it because the price was low enough. My friend who uses it all the time encouraged me to buy again. Third bag good, so I bought the two-bag option as I always keep at least one back-up of products I use so I don’t have to think about running out. My mistake was not opening one until the return window closed. It has been on my shelf in an air conditioned home since April. AWFUL tasting, both bags. So I can’t return it and will now look for another option. I liked this when the taste was good, and the price is certainly good. My friend has not had this problem, so maybe she’s getting it from another warehouse? (She’s in AZ, I’m in GA.))

I love the taste of this. It’s slightly sweet. Has all great ingredients and mixes well into my coffee when I use my frother. I mix, warmed heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice and clove powder into my cup BEFORE adding the coffee, as I am mixing the cream and the spices with my frother, I have the mushroom powder ready in my other hand in the spoon to sprinkle into the cream so that it doesn’t clump. Otherwise it will clump. And then I add my coffee and stir. It’s so good. I’m definitely addicted. 😏 the only negative I would say about this product is it doesn’t list how much of each ingredient you’re getting. That would be good to know. I just bought some lions mane powder to add, so that I can make sure I get enough of that. Lord knows I need it for my brain. 😋 one more thing I will say is, the second package I received of this did not taste like the first one. It tasted extremely bitter, almost like it was burnt. I was able to contact Amazon directly and they refunded it. I ordered another and it was delicious like the first bag was. So just be on the lookout and be aware of that. it should not taste bitter at all.

After a bunch of research into the big brands of mushroom coffee, I ordered this one because it isnt coffee, its just mushroom powder and I can add it to my own coffee so the taste is not an issue. My purpose was for gut health and it has helped some with that but im here ordering it again for all of the other benefits, energy is through the roof and my perimenopause symptoms are almost non existent. I feel a lot better all the way around since I added this to my morning routine and thats been the biggest blessing I could have asked for.My advice is, don't look for it to be your go to coffee, just make your regular coffee the way you always do and just add a scoop of this powder to it. I like a small spoon of sugar in mine and I find that if I add the mushroom powder and the sugar to the cup first and mix them up, then pour my coffee over it and stir, it blends with no clumps at all. Then I add my creamer as usual. Definitely better than spending $50 for a bag of coffee with mushrooms in it. No coffee fillers here.

This stuff is nasty. It does not taste good at all. It does not smell good but to be 25 Mushroom. S have no favor and if you mix it with something it takes on whatever you mix it with it. It is like it takes over. The text and it takes horrible very horrible will not bother this again. That's why I cancel it

Update 11/23/24. Seller issued full refund..I guess I will try it again hoping the bitter taste is not so strong. As stated before I’ve purchased this item a couple times before and had it on subscription because I liked it so much.I’ve purchased this twice before I add it to my ryze mushroom coffee as I tend to run out before my other bag arrives so I’ve added different cheaper brands to make it thru. I love the taste of mushroom coffee but they did somthing wrong VERY WRONG. I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN ITS THE MOST BITTER TASTING NASTINESS I EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH. GROSS I WILL THROW IT AWAY AND NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN UNLESS THEY SEND ME ANOTHER BAG AND ITS OKAY. ILL UPDATE IF SO BUT FOR NOW ITS NO GOOD FOR ME .. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND I keep imagining mice poo in my powder that’s how bad it taste ..

This great for extra energy and gut health.

I chose this as there is another brand with only 6 adaptogenic mushrooms plus coffee, and very expensive for a small amount, this has 25 different mushrooms 🍄 including the 6 from another brand and way cheaper, more value for money. This taste is bitter, so don't have any other taste expectations, but the benefits outweighs the taste. It easily dissolve / mixes well in hot water. Is it really supposed to this bitter though??

Have used this for over a year now. Can not say that I notices any different just from using it. I started using it in a new morning routine I started with a protein supplement shake. I add the 1 scoop as directed and overall have had great benefits from my new routine. It's been one of the several added supplement I been using. What one is making the biggest improvement for me, idk. But how great I feel and how well everything has been going I'm not going to change it at all. Will keep using it
