Increased shoulder rotation... in just days
Nice starter clubs, simple, just composite plastic stuff, but very durable. I have two pounders but think beginners should start with one pounders. then move up. I noticed increased shoulder rotation with out glitches in just a couple of days. Recommend for anyone that needs some shoulder therapy and or wants to get into Indian clubs, Persian Meels etc.

My 1 lb clubs came in on time and looked just like the ones shown in the image posted by the seller. 1 lb clubs are a good start for a small guy like me - eventually I can see myself buying heavier ones from this same vendor! Would recommend.

Clubs came heavily scratched on all sides, disappointing as they aren't cheap and I paid for new. Functional.

Still trying to learn techniques, but these one pound set is a good place to start. The DVD I got with the 2 pound set is very helpful. May need to get some gloves to prevent blistering. I'll provide more feedback as I get better.Thanks!

Good complement to kettlebells
The 1 pound clubs are a good place to start. They are fun to use and require different coordination and flexibility than required for my heavier kettlebell workouts.

Great Workout Tool
These are a great workout. If you're debating, give them a try. This type/brand had no residual smell or residue. Totally recommend them.
