Adult friendly challenge
All in all not bad. I work in a primary care office and while it's not exactly in a hospital, I thought it would make a cute piece of flair for my desk.As an adult who just likes to make stuff, I enjoyed this build! It was challenging compared to standard name brand sets. Pieces are compatible with Lego and overall well made. The larger flat plate style parts had a bit of warping, but once everything was together it wasn't an issue. Trust the process and it will work. I did have to dissemble and redo a few spots but one was definitely on me and the other was easily adapted to make it solid. I did not experience any difficulty with pieces not fitting and I did not find any pieces to be missing. I'd recommend this as more of a display piece than a build you will "play" with. I appreciate that lights are included but opted to leave them out for now.

I wouldnt know it wasn't lego if I hadn't bought it lol
for the price hell yeah. we got every piece nothing was missing and put it together no problem definitely well worth it. its also completely compatible with the lego brand from what I can tell

Not a Lego type set as advertised, it’s a mess.
Came missing critical pieces. That was unfortunate. Also just a disaster of the kids want to play with this. The set has very little support of the floors and pieces. Any play at all causes parts to fall off causing melt downs and tears. If you want super glue this together, fine. But as a playable toy, no.

Lego Fanatic POV: 8/10 (some errors)
The overall idea of this build was excellent because it comes fully loaded with details and all pieces are accounted for. However, the execution is poor. Many of the pieces are slack and don’t fit snug enough. Because the structure is majority vertical over horizontal, it relies strongly on having foundational supportive beams, which it does not have. I had to use over a dozen LEGO pieces of my own to make the structure more supportive. By the time I got to the 3rd floor and roof, the build was so shaky and I needed help to hold it steady. If the company included long connector boards to hold the weight of each floor than it would an exceed a 10 star rating. No need for the lights because there is no designated spot to place them. It is expected to be scattered through the build at the end which I think looks tacky. Overall, for the price, the build is overall a 8/10 for me because of its thoughtful design, attention to detail, great price, LEGO size compatibility, and accountability of pieces, however the pieces are slack and a lack of a strong foundation leads to a weak build.

Nice looking hospital set
I like to try the off brands for variety of unique pieces and this one looks nice and realistic when done. There were no stickers in this set only printed pieces, directions were clear and no missing pieces. There is no back, it is open. There are several accessories, no people. It does come with a string of led lights that you can string through.Only con is that the floor plates that are held together with the black buttons don't seem to be enough support and can be frustrating staying together as you are working on each floor, but I just added a couple spare parts I had for extra bracing and carried on. Over all I'd recommend, it's pretty cool looking.
