My dietitian recommended this product several years ago and I have been using it since then. 15 grams of protein with less/low calories. I am mixing it with water and the protein shake is very tasty.

I was looking for 100-calorie high-protein shake powders, and I ordered several brands. This was the best of all the brands I tried, with the most chocolate flavor. It also dissolves well when I use my power whisk, and if you use half the water, it makes a nice pudding.

Just protein - no vitamins or minerals
If all you're looking for is a protein shake, you can't beat this for the money. About half the price of Wonderslim; however, be aware that it has NO added vitamins and minerals like Wonderslim so all you're getting is flavored protein.
