At first I was sceptical about the previous reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised once I tried the product. It’s by far the best delay (including sprays) product I’ve used. I’d say beware of the quantity you use. One full sachet certainly does the job but beware of the numbness. If I knew how strong the product was I would have probably used about half.The negatives are few. A very numb thingy could have been avoided if there were instructions.. sadly there were none. The price isn’t cheap. But the price of keeping your missus happy far outweighs the price of the product. Advise, only put on a small amount on your “helmet”. No where else.

Not that effective

It does a good job

Honestly expect more from this product and reviews. It's just a simple numbing cream exactly like Emla cream 5% but at a much higher price. It did make me last a few minutes more just like Emla cream does but won't help last hours unfortunately.
