This is a lot of saw for the money. Seems very well made. It is a little heavy for me with all of the extensions being used but it gets the job done. (age 72)Be aware that one pole has a smaller diameter threaded end that is used for the saw and lopper attachments. Nice case and even a pair of gloves along with 2 hook blades and regular 1 saw blade.

Well made however it takes a lot of strength to use all 27 ft this is great saw

tried on the trees that have branches almost touching my house, this thing is just wonderful. Light weight for me to raise it up and reach high, and easy to cut any branches. On youtube, I saw a grandma cutting branches with this type of pole saw, I did the same, needless to say, easy to use. And the price, compared to contractor prices, this is not even a fraction of the price. Also, easy on storage space too.

Missing the short pole to attach the saw heads to so I can't use it! Don't have a printer to print a return label an my car is in the shop so I can't return it either. Stuck with a pole saw I can't use!

Its a little flimsy when assembled. The blades are a little flimsy. The silver blade doesnt even fit the head assembly. The chopper works well. I have used this to cut tall branches 4 inches wide. It doesnt do well on oak barnches, but works well on softer woods. I would buy this again. Cant beat the price.

Bought these a while ago but immediately after delivery I got sick and afterwards just never had the motivation to put them to use and then it was past the return window.Glad I didn't return them because I finally decided to get them out of the box and wow! They sure make life easier!It's a bit heavy for me so I've only used them with up to three extending poles. Beyond that, I wouldn't be able to hold it up. But I imagine if you really needed this to reach higher up and had the strength to do so, it would work.I've only used the clippers and have not tried the saw attachment because I don't think I'll have the strength to hold this up while moving it back and forth. But that's me... and I do have bad arthritis and joint issues. It was able to cut some fairly thick branches from my wild unruly tree.Some reviews mention that when extending it, the pole is not stable enough. With up to 3 connecting poles I didn't have this problem, though it did keep needing to be tightened over and over.

I needed a tree saw and was looking at another which was just a pruner/saw for almost the same price but much shorter. This one is very long and heavy if all of the pieces are in and not feasible for one person to handle with all in use. I use it with fewer sections and that is fine. The rope that goes to the pruner is also very long so i have a lot left over to deal with. But so far, it is working for everything I need around the house. Part that holes the cutter broke after just a few uses as it’s just fiberglass.
