The media could not be loaded. Purchased this unit for our rumpus room, looking for an affordable, comfy couch for the kids and guests. It looks good but comfortable it is not. This feels like fabric over concrete. I’m actually concerned that if someone tries to plop Duran with the expectation of a soft landing they might get injured. I can imagine anyone sleeping on this. Our carpeted floor provides greater cushion.Although it looks very attractive, the off-gassing is noxious. After a week, it was still providing an uncomfortable smell in the room. The smell was completely gone after we packed it up to return.Can’t speak to the difficulty of assembly because I used Taskrabbitt. Sad to let it go especially because it cost me about $100 to get it assembled!

This sectional arrived in two huge boxes. It was easy to assemble but is so uncomfortable that it is not usable. I bought it through prime so it would be easy to return. However, the return produces only one return label so ups could not take both boxes. Call customer service and got a new return QR and was assured it would produce two labels. Took it to UPS drop off and still only one label. Spent an hour with Amazon Customer Support and finally get a second QR code. However one box made it in 24 hours and eight days later the second box has still not been received. Meanwhile Amazon will not issue a refund. Buyer beware. Don't count on a return if you don't like it. Don't buy this product...not worth the time, energy, and stress.

Cute but it’s super small and super hard when you sit on it. Will be buy a different couch because this one is way too hard and not comfortable at all… feels like your sitting on a stiff board.

Surface is hard. But size works for my purpose. Appearance is good. Assembly wasn’t too complicated.

Built it last night and then the next afternoon the frame for the pull out part snapped when I was literally just crawling onto the couch to sit on it and I’m under 200lbs.
