This was an urgent purchase when my daughter needed a way to project an image onto another surface for a project. I wasn't sure which way to go, try a cheaper one since it was for one specific use, or go with a higher quality one and be able to use it for other purposes later as well. I did end up going with this projector, and I was NOT disappointed! Not only was it extremely easy to set up, easy to focus the way we needed to for the project, but it also has built-in apps such as Netflix, Apple, etc for streaming! How cool! The quality of the projected image is good, it is very portable, lightweight, very low noise level for the fan inside, the color quality is good, and the range of adjustment options (directionally) is great! i believe it could even point at the ceiling (aka watching while in bed! Haven't tried, but I think it would work!) The adjustment capability is great, and the brightness levels are good as well. Overall, what you get in this projector is a properly functional but affordable option, whether for actual streaming or for a specific project where you need to project an image onto the wall or onto a surface (such as to trace.) I made the right choice, highly recommend!

When I bought this, I actually didn’t expect it to work to well. I ended up testing this out on bricks and can I just say it surprised me. It has actually done a pretty good job on it. I am genuinely impressed with how well it worked in the dark on it. The videos were not 4k or anything but they were clear and you could see what was there pretty good. The Bluetooth is actually nice to have on it. It allows for you to connect to speakers to make watching the movie better. The setup was pretty quick and easy, power cord goes in, your turn it on, connect to wifi (and Bluetooth if your using it) or it has a 3.5 mm jack for hardwired devices. The focus was easy to adjust with the push of a button. The adjustment on the actual device is also smooth, and it self adjust with the angles. (Disclaimer obviously not my music.) I will update this more as I find more pros and cons.

My room isn’t pitch black, but the quality of the screen is still excellent. It’s not 4K, but it’s sufficient for enjoying movies every other night after work. I appreciate the ability to customize the screen size and adjust the image to suit my preferences. The controller mouse function is also quite functional. Setting it up is incredibly easy; simply connect it and log in to your accounts. It does overheat slightly. I’ve used it for about 4-5 continuous hours without any issues, although the room temperature in my room is around 25 degrees Celsius.

This projector projects well as far as the picture quality in the evening, not the best lumen brightness during the day. Sound was ok but I preferred using my personal soundbar and subwoofer instead. 1. Device does not automatically connect to my home Wi-Fi when turned on. I have to manually find the Wi-Fi and connect every single time I turn it on. 2. Hulu, Peacock, and Amazon prime video do not play on this device. I talked to customer service for the actual machine and customer service for Amazon, it was an absolute waste of my time. Due to some weird streaming rights, you can’t watch those platforms on this device. I don’t understand it, no idea why the apps are programmed onto the device if you can’t use them. Netflix plays fine but everything I watch is on Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and Peacock. Even though the projector lets you go to the “App Store” to download Hulu and Peacock, you will be prompted to login, but no videos will play. I’m very surprised that Amazon prime video doesn’t play on this device because it’s programmed into the device and it’s an actual button on the remote. It wouldn’t even let me login. I plugged in my fire stick and used that in the end just fine. 3. I did buy an HDMI to C port cord to hook up my iPad so that I could screen share through the projector. That did work, which was great, but now there is no sound! The sound does play from the actual projector when hooked up with the HDMI c port cord, but I have a sound bar in my living room. The sound bar hooks up fine to the projector with Bluetooth. But, with the HDMI to c port cord hooked up to the projector with my iPad, the streaming works 100% fine but now there is no sound. I took the Bluetooth of the projector off of the sound bar and hooked up the iPad with Bluetooth to the sound bar, still no sound. The sound will only play out of the projector, which is absolutely lame! Never tried to hook up my phone or gaming device. Used it for a while but ended up just buying a better quality projector. Too late to return for a refund

UPDATE: Ended up upgrading to the "D" projector and couldn't be happier. Same easy setup as smaller one. Connects to Bluetooth easily (although volume through Bluetooth still does not get that loud and have tried several JBL and other brands) but volume is super loud if you connect it via audio cable to your speaker. Volume from the projector itself is very loud as well and this is all my kids use when they use it in their room on the wall. We initially just used it outside and it was awesome but my daughter likes it so much that she uses it in her room when her cousins come over to watch Netflix and youtube. Finally got it set up today outside projecting onto a large white sheet. Ran off of our Ecoflow portable power station no problem. Setup was really easy. Netflix and other apps easy setup. Wifi connects well. Bluetooth speaker connects well. Great that you can control the volume with the projector, though it does not get as loud as if I'm using that same Bluetooth speaker to listen to music from my phone. Had to wait until it was fairly dark though to watch our movie. Also kept messing with the focus as it's not quite as clear as I'd like it to be. We are projecting from about 12 ft away. Will probably just take getting used to. Haven't decided yet if we will keep it or return before 30 days is up. I guess what else can you expect for this price.

The first time I booted it up the Disney app was not findable (I was furious and wanted to return the item husband told me that it still had Netflix). I accidently left it on one night and it updated BOOM Disney app. So let it update after you receive it :). We have the device set up at an angle because I have to place it somewhere my 2 yr old wont get it(she is a climber). The manual adjust works pretty good. We have it at about a 45 deg angle sitting on top of a cabinet the near side is about 10ft away and crystal clear the farther side at about 4ft wide for the display is semi blurry but considering the angle we have it at is not too bad. We have had issues trying to mirror Disney but I think that is just Disney, and we didn't need to anymore after the update. The color is great, at first we displayed directly onto our dark grey accent wall until the projector screen arrived. We waited till after we received the projector so we could determine where would be the best placement (testing where my 2 yr old could get to) so we could get an appropriately sized screen. If this projector had not been so compact we would have needed to return it. We have not had any internet connection issues but the router is in the room off of the living room. Even though I was contacted asking for a 5 star review I would not give one unless it deserved it, like others I am sick of items that clearly had purchased reviews. In fact we actually are so happy with this item that my husband is trying to convince me to get a second one for the kids bedroom. We have had this item for about one month. Definitely value for the cost.

Great image and sound is decent for the machine HOWEVER false advertisement and horrible customer service. They advertise several apps on the FIRST image you see on the listing (max, etc.). These apps are not on the machine. They also advertise they you can cast/screen mirror. This is also not possible. I reached out to customer service and ultimately talked to the manufacturer. It was an absolute waste of time. They told me some issues they had with licensing rights and their marketing team should've taken that picture off, but this was over a month ago and the pictures is still there Pretty obvious that they're still trying to use this false advertisement to sell their product. They told me that even though I can't get those apps that they advertise, I could buy additional things to hook up to the projector to get the apps. I want such as HDMI or buying a fire TV stick. They also asked me to record several videos to prove that I can't screen mirror or that I can't download certain apps that they claim I should be able to open the App Store. There was a lot of back-and-forth and I'm still continuing talking with them and my return window has now passed. If I could go back, I would personally choose a different projector that actually has what it advertises so that it's all in one because by the time I hook things up to it I have chords all over the place and it's messy.

Its alright. For the price, it does what it claims. But dont think this can replace a TV of the same size. Here are some issues that i've seen after using this daily for about 6 months. - Its not very bright. Even in a pitch black room, the quality is closer to 720p than 1080. - A single HDMI port. If you have more than 1 device, you'll have to manually switch the inputs. - The built in apps are just bad. They are slow and unresponsive. Getting a chrome/fire stick fixes these issues. - The bluetooth card is the lowest quality, expect a noticeable audio lag if using a blue tooth speaker. - On this topic, there is no digital audio cable port, so either Aux or bluetooth, and with a single HDMI, cant use that either for sound if you are using it for media. Now for the pros: - The price - I do like the auto key feature. No more messing with zooms and focus. - The form factor is small, but id rather have a bigger projector with more power. Its alright for watching TV or movies, but I would not recommend this as your gaming output, too much lag.

Don't buy. Waste of money, yes netflix certified licence, but image quality totally poor, even if you are in darkest room you will not enjoy watching movie. If lights on ar in dim light. Then you will not gonna see whats on the screen.
