I love this skin cleanser. It has no perfume to it, just a very very light smell. It does not stick to your skin - the smell. Its as close to non-scented as you can get. I have tried a lot of so called "non" scented products, and yuck! It lathers well, and most importantly does not irritate my skin - I can't tolerate SLS at all, I break out in hives. Not one bit of trouble with the Nutribiotic Sensitive Skin Non-Soap Skin Cleanser. I love the refill, no throwing out tons of smaller pump bottles.

I order this routinely because it is an excellent product. On two occasions the product ad not protected well enough for rough handling during shipping. The container was cracked and some product leaked out.

I was pleased with the way etailz shipped the bottle. It was wrapped in plastic and then had air cushions around it to keep it from shifting too much during transit. The bottle came fully intact and no spillage or leaking. I have had other retailers just ship the bottle in a box and it ended up leaking or crushed, so this was much better than before. Thanks for taking the time to put it in a bag. I get this because I have sensitive skin and this is one of the few 'soaps' I have found that doesn't irritate my face or dry out my skin. I mainly use it as a face wash. I put it on a wash cloth, add a little water, rub it together to suds it up a bit, and use that to wash my face. It removes makeup with ease and keeps the makeup from staining the wash cloth. Be sure to use cool or cold water, though. I've tried it with hot water and it doesn't wash out as well. You can also use this as a body wash. It doesn't suds up as much as the stuff you find on the store shelf, but it has more suds than Castile soap or other non soaps I've tried. There are no perfumes so there really isn't a smell. It's very neutral.

Fragrance free and great value

This has been my go-to cleanser for over 15 years now, but I think they must have changed the formula recently (or maybe the last bottle I got was off?), because it takes a lot more of the product than it used to to accomplish the same thing - like, a full pump, maybe more, for what used to take maybe a half pump (I have the 16oz bottles that it comes in non-bulk). That being said, it's still great stuff, even if it takes more of it. I used this when I lived in Arizona and my skin would otherwise be dried out so easily; in Hawaii when it would be too greasy from the heat and humidity; and now in the gentle Pacific Northwest. In all cases it's taken the excess oil and dirt off my skin without drying it out or irritating it. For a long time (and particularly in AZ and HI) I could hardly so much as touch dish soap without my finger skin peeling, and this stuff has never caused me a problem.

This is still a new purchase for me as well as a new experience. We fellas tend to not care about the soap we use and believe anything that cleans is a cleanser. However, about a year ago, I had an outbreak of Rosacea and Eczema on my face and boy, is that stubborn stuff! Anyway, tried meds and OTC stuff, which became a daily ritual since this doesn't seem to go away. Cleaning the area is important and it wasn't until recently I found out that soap leaves residue that's not good for the condition.Of course my wife uses cleansers, but I thought that was about makeup, and too girly for me. I am now admitting I was wrong and I will use this regardless of my condition. I feel cleaner with smoother skin and am confident in this products nutrients for continuing skin health. It's not just a pre-wash before using my topical treatments...I use it all the time now.
