How do I start a fire with the magnesium stick?

Once you scrape off the black, then shave some magnesium flakes onto your kindling. Once you have plenty of flakes there, you can then generate the spark and try to set off the magnesium to start your kindling. First time you get the fire to light you will think it is magic. Plenty of YouTube videos explain how to start a fire with a magnesium rod.

Does this kinfe has assisted opener? Is it easy to unfold the blade?

It has no assisted opening, but it is easy to open, and not close easily after opening because the liner lock, thank you

how well will this knife cut food? will it cut onions?

I would not recommend this knife for food, only because of the thickness of the blade and serrated edge. I have not used it for food, but it is quite sharp, so is the tip of the blade.
