Q: This worked great for the first 6 weeks, now it has loosened and my lower teeth do not stay in it. Can it be RE boiled?

I am a long time user of Pure Sleep and I have found the 6 weeks or a little longer to be normal. Read through the instruction pamphlet, I believe you can re boil it once. If you don’t already try sleeping on your side, this will help to alleviate the slippage and sleeping on your side is a standard recommendation for people with sleep apnea. My can last up to 6 months this way, which helps with the cost of the product.

Q: Will this fit women's mouth's

I must have a small mouth. It worked but never fit well. I have tried 3 or 4 different brands. For me the best fit is called Vital Sleep. It is closer to the shape of my mouth

Q: If it doesn't work, can it be returned for refund?

Response from the Makers of PureSleep: Yes, while PureSleep works for most people, Amazon makes it easy to return it for a refund, and if you buy it directly from us, we even include a postage-paid return shipping label with each order. However you didn’t buy PureSleep just to return it, so let us help you get the most out of your PureSleep mouthpiece by calling our customer support department at 866-879-3777 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Eastern Time. Or you can go to our website and send us an email by clicking on our “Support” tab. If you had a problem with the fitting process that rendered your mouthpiece unusable, our customer support people will even exchange your PureSleep for a brand new one for free, including free return postage and free shipping of your new one! If PureSleep does not stop or dramatically reduce snoring, it’s normally because the jaw was not held far enough forward during the fitting process. If this happens, we’ll also exchange it for a new one entirely free of charge, so you can repeat the fitting process while holding your jaw further forward, and again, we’ll pay the return postage for your old device and pay for the postage for your new one. Yes, we’re THAT confident in our product! Do any of our competitors do that?

Q: Can this be used if you have a top partial while only having only four top front teeth?

No, we do not recommend using PureSleep in your situation because the front teeth (incisors) are not as strong as molars. We recommend that people only use PureSleep who have healthy molars on each side of the top and bottom arch, and certainly at least one healthy molar in each of those four locations.
