Vibram FiveFingersWomen's Trek Ascent Multisport Outdoor Shoes

Fantastic experience when running they make you balance your body completely different, so take it slowly as you can over do it and hurt your self. I measured my feet standing on peace of paper as the sizes were confusing. I normally wear sizes from 3-4 depending on different makes. My measurements were 22,5cm which indicated to 6-6.5UK, EU37 and they fitted perfectly, little bit tight to start of with but after few wears they are snug and comfortable. Would recommend to everyone, I love the feeling of my toes having so much space. Material is light and soft but great quality, the sole has lots of grip and flexibility, there is also small arch support which is great. Will definitely be getting another pair.

I've been thinking about these for a while, did my research, decided to go size 5.5 cos im either 5 or 6, always have to try shoes on! So gambled with these and my god this pair of shoes fits like a glove literally, I have to use shoehorn to get it on quicker and i have wide feet, but its feels lovely once on, I prefer wearing it with no socks but for hygiene purposes i decided to use finger socks with them, my partner bought a pair of a different model and he loves his pair too! He has special smelly sandy pillows which go in whilst you are not wearing them and it keeps them fresh!

Quality and design outstanding purchased to replace my old ones, however these were too small , I suspect a tweak in design and or sizing, so had to send back. Would recommend Vibram toe shoes though they are excellent!! Have purchased a bigger size and they are Fantastic.

Brilliant idea, my toes were starting to curl under and I had a bunion, I was recommended to buy Therese trainers by Dr. Douglas Graham, a lifetime athlete and raw fooder since 1978, is an advisor to world-class athletes and trainers from around the globe. he recommends this style of trainers, not sure of the make he wears, but the style is the same, I changed over from normal trainers to wearing Therese, what a difference it is amazing, I just feel so free, and not to have to wear socks that used to rub when I run. They recommend you slowly build up to wearing them full time, I had no problem, I have now had my second pair that I am going to wear as normal shoes, as the design of the toes has helped to keep my toes from griping the floor it seems to help keep the toes flat to the floor.I would recommend maybe ordering one size bigger than you are, as my first pair I bought were a half size bigger, but because of the shape of my toe it came right to the top of the shoe causing the side of my nail on the big toe to put strain on the shoe, I have found them perfect by ordering a whole size bigger, my toe sits correct at the top of the big toe, there is a little bit of room at tops of other four toes. I will never go back to normal trainers again.And as for delivery I was shocked I live up a mountain in Spain, usually my deliveries have to go to the post office for me to pick up, they delivered them to me on the mountain

First off I ordered these a whole size bigger. Normally I’m a good UK 6 and it’s the Vibram size 40 that fits the best. According to what’s printed on the box that makes me a .... well, it doesn’t since this box hasn’t got the UK equivalent printed on it, though some models, ie. Trail do and it causes HUGE confusion for ordering online.I have bought these Trek Ascent for trail running mostly and am eagerly looking forwarded to transitioning my style to these.However, despite getting the size right this time and loving the fit for instep and the feel of the sole, it seems I’ve blooped again.For me the lack of a bit of padding at the top of the heal is making my first fitting impression quite sore. I’d really like to know if other people have had this rubbing and could verify whether this is to do with the stiffness of the new fabric and in time goes away? Or if it rubs now, it’s going to carry on despite breaking the shoes in? I’ve tried them wearing socks too in the hope it may help but sadly there is just as much biting.Just now I feel really frustrated because the shoes are perfect in every other way and I just want to get on with enjoying them!Obviously everyones feet are different, but for me, my heel fit is the make or break point in this model.

I bought these shoes, as I was keen to try barefoot shoes but they were way too small, I'm normally a size 5 UK & ordered what was supposed to be size 5.5 UK but they were more like 3.5 UK size, I couldn't even get the shoes over the first part of my feet. It even had 5.5 UK printed on the label inside the shoes but definitely way out in their sizing. I did get a refund BUT I was told that I wouldn't get a refund next time if I sent them back again. So now I am too frightened to try ordering again in case the size is wrong again, even though it wasn't my fault! I am disappointed because I wanted to try these shoes because I get cramp a lot in my toes & thought they might help with that but I will never know now. I tried the vibrum make because they had the best reviews but I won't be trying them now, in case I can't get a refund, it's a lot of money to throw away! So, thanks for that!!!

- fitted as expected, and not as hard to put your foot in them as long as you look out for the small toe.- great to be able to wash them in the washing machine- have held on great after months of use on rocks, underwater, and on street pavements alike- did have to adapt at the beginning, like Vibram advises, but now makes no difference and for painful knees/hips/ankles they've been wonderfulUsed for kayaking, walking, swimming (salt water and swimming pool) and cycling.

I ordered this style after having another style for many years and I was slightly concerned that they would not fit as well. Pleasantly surprised that they slipped on easily and are just as comfortable. The sole is more robust than my old EVO's, but this seems better for using outdoors, particularly when the weather and ground underfoot is cold. I ordered a 42 and am a size 7.5. Will reorder when these wear out in a few years!

Las compré porque me habían hablado muy bien de ellas. Tengo poca fuerza en los tobillos y mis pies tienen a apoyarse en el arco hacia dentro, por ello cuando voy por la montaña mi equilibrio falla bastante cuando bajo una pendiente con botas normales.Me han sorprendido porque me ayudan a tener más estabilidad, se agarran bien y me ayudan a fortalecer los pies cambiando mi apoyo más hacia los dedos, dan la sensación de ir descalzo y son muy livianas.Yo las uso con calcetines de 5 dedos, y es recomendable hacer la adaptación poco a poco como dicen las instrucciones.En mi caso las fui usando en casa para hacer ejercicio un par de semanas antes de probarlas en una excursión.

It’s my 3. Pair of vibram, always size 5.5 . This time I had to return them for a 6. Unfortunately it was recommended to take a bigger size AFTER I got them. But still, best shoes ever made! Always had the black ones, now first time in such a vibrant color. Awesome! They look good on jeans and as well with a cute summer dress. And for hikes of course

These Vibrams give a lot of arch support and are very comfy for someone with a narrow foot. Fit is exactly as expected. Love them!
