I love oils and use them for almost everything. I don't notice a smell to this at all but that could be because I'm used to the essential oil smells. Both my sister and I use this and we find that it works well! I would have such extreme cramping and PMS. This is the one thing that I could find to actually help. I suggest that every women use this along with rose oil!!

Smell is calming and refreshing; however, I wish my rollerball worked better. Nothing comes out. I’m undecided if I should return it, or remove the rollerball. I purchased it because the rollerball would’ve been more useful. :|

I definitely feel and see a difference in my mood swings and cramping. I use this along with a combination of The Honey Pot Menstrual Pads (Target/ CVS). As somone who suffers with severe cramping, bloating, etc. I need anything that will help me out.. This has over the last three months. My teenage daughter uses as well and it helps her too.

Really works smells good

This did not work for me. It did nothing except make me more nauseous when I already feel like that during my period. Didn't even have a placebo effect. I bought a few oils that purported to help with PMS and they were all duds including this one.
