I cannot swallow large capsules or tablets. I bought this because I can open the capsules and sprinkle the powder on my food. It blends in well and has little or no taste at all. This was the only product I found that actually contained the recommended daily requirements for calcium and vitamin D. So far I am very pleased.

I’m very pleased with these vitamins and I’m actually getting a little low and will definitely purchase them again. They are easy to swallow, have no nasty taste, they’re gentle on my stomach, And most importantly they show physical signs of doing their job. Both my fingernails and toenails are much stronger and the growth of my toenails was accelerated by tremendous speed. . I got a bottle of 180 capsules, took two a day, plus my boyfriend was taking them for about a month. During this timeframe I had two pedicures and I’ve never seen my toenails so long in my entire life.

Product as described.

I have subscribed to this product. After a bone density test, I was directed to take 1200mg of Calcium and vitamin D. After reading the back of several bottles, I selected Elite Life. There is only two other ingredients on the label : gelatin for the capsules and rice flour. Since there is no nutritional facts for the rice flour, I’m guessing it is used in the manufacturing process, like talc which some companies use. I don’t know if I will see any physical effects. I might see results on my next test, which will be in two years.

I have to take a calcium supplement for my bones. I've tried many different ones and most of the time they have a very bad taste to them. But this one doesn't! It's easy to swallow I take it right before I have lunch so there is better absorption of it. And my doctor only wants me to take one a day so I get enough to last me months at a time. I will defiantly buy this one again when I need it. Thanks for making taking my calcium easy!!!

My wife's Doctor told her to begin taking 1200mg Calcium Carbonate once a day, every day. After 5 days, my wife was so sick that her Doctor told her to stop. Personally, I was surprised that that the Doctor did not start my wife with a much smaller dosage and gradually it over several weeks. There is nothing to indicate that this compound was faulty; it may be the finest product of this type on the market. My wife just could not tolerate it.

I just recently purchased this so not sure how effective it is yet. The capsules are very easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. Occasionally with previous calcium supplements I would experience nausea, not with Elite Life. I like the fact that there are no unnecessary additives. The inclusion of Vitamin D3 is a plus. The 25mcg is my doctor's recommended dosage so I do not need to take an additional supplement. Delivery was great and the price is perfect.

I wish Amazon was still selling these because I can find them anywhere. It was a good price and liked them.
