Cool ! But Hard To Use
This Sign Has Great Quality For A Awesome Price, But It Does Not Come With Directions And Is Hard To Use With Your Computer. Smart Life Emailed Me Directions, But They Seemed Like The Model Was Different. When I Pluged The Sign Into My Windows 7 Computer I Had To Download The Vista Driver And Still About 1 out of every 20 trys sending Info Worked. ONLY 1 OUT OF 20. I DO Recommend This Because Its Price Is Cheap Compared To Other Signs, But I DO NOT Recommend This Because It Is Hard To Use.

Help regarding this product
I've recently acquired one of these units which was removed from an install but all I have is the display unit and the power supply, I don't have the remote control or software. Can anyone tell me what the contact details are for Smart Life or the manufacturer? Is there anywhere I can download the software so that I can re-program the display unit? Any help would be greatly received. Thank you.
