Great Way to Enhance Rice
Pretty fun little packets of umami flavor. You get three packs of these dried mushroom, veggies, and herbs that mix into uncooked rice and help enrich them with tons of additional flavor.Instructions are very simple. Rinse under running water and add to the top of your rice before cooking. It works just as easily in our rice cooker and gives the rice a rich assortment of wonderful scents and flavors. They rehydrate very well and their flavors seep deep into the rice below even when you don't mix it. The variety of ingredients all come together to make your rice heartier.Very happy with this. You get three packs of different vegetables and mushrooms, giving you plenty of variety for three different occasions.

A convenient health food
My family has never had this Korean food before, but we were very impressed! It is a very flavorful dish, especially considering it was freeze dried! Instructions are all in Korean, but there is a QR code to scan and read about it in English and other languages. We made it with rice and eggs, and it definitely elevated our dish. My health- conscious daughters were a big fan! It has lots of great ingredients in it, is easy to prepare, and doesn’t take up much room in your pantry. If you haven’t tried bibimbap before, this is a great way to dip your toe in!

As Good as I had Hoped for Texture and Taste
This is pretty good. I didn't think they could really be messed up unless they smelled/tasted absolutely terrible and they weren't. They're as good as I had hoped for. I tried some in stir-fry and some with plain rice. Both were good and I enjoyed the taste/texture in the plain rice.

Interesting but not for me
With the current fad of Korean food in full swing, and having liked most of the things I've tried, I gave this bibimbap a shot. It's interesting as a topping for rice, and I'm glad I tried it, but I don't think I'd try it again. All of the varieties were a bit too much like "random leaves and stems rom the garden" for me, although they added pleasing enough scents and decent flavor to the rice.

Delicious addition to soup
This is a 3 pack of 30 gram packets of dehydrated Korean mixed vegetables from K Food Korean Food. The mix includes chwinamul (an edible type of aster), mushrooms, pumpkin, carrot, and radish. They arrived perfectly fresh and factory sealed. Instead of using these for their intended purpose (a rice dish), I am using these as an additive to instant noodle soups. They rehydrate very quickly, in the time it takes the noodles to soften. These vegetables are absolutely delicious. I particularly like the aster, which is a little bit like spinach. This mix really enhances plain noodle soup. I think this veggie mix is great, but the only down side is that at $33.08 for the 3 pack at the time I'm writing this, they are quite pricey.

Delicious! Great pantry staple and easy addition to ramen.
This Korean Fod Korean Bibimbap Vegitable Mix Assorted 3 Pack is delicious. It's a great addition to your pantry when keeping fresh vegetables is hard. These packets rehydrate quickly. The mix well with rice. There's directions on the back for how to use them and even a QR code for more instructions and different recipes to try. This would be great for college students too! I made this packet "college style". I heated water I'm my electric kettle. Poured it over the veggies. Let it rehydrate for about 5 minutes then drained the water. Then I used some microwavable ready rice to mix over it, and I added a delicious Korean BBQ sauce. Delicious, simple, and easy. Depending oh how much you want to eat, this could be one meal of veggies or several. Could feed a growing hungry teenager for sure and easy enough for them to do it at home with minimal equipment. This would even be delicious over Ramen as those don't have many veggies. You'd just add the dried veggies to your Ramen bowel and cook all together. Such an easy way to get more nutrition. Or even great for camping and hiking!

These [Korean Food] Korean Junju Bibimbap Namul Dried Vegitable Mix 3 Set | Junju Sanchae Namul Bibimbap | Vegan | 3 Serving Per Bag | 100% Korean Ingredients | Bibimbap Mix are a good addition to rice dishes and also to soups. The vegetables taste appealing and will take your dish to a higher level. They are quite pricey though overall.

Tasty addition to rice or other options.
I was a little concerned when I opened the packet as the smell was quite strong but I added the contents to three cups of rice and when cooked, the flavor was subtle and added a pleasant taste to the rice. Definitely a decent way to add a little something. I am pleased with this item.
